The ability to go to moonlight with a long press from lockout, and a neutral white option, are nice features in the 4 over the 3.

I'd choose the SP4. The sale is making them same price as the SP3 over here.
Also, the SP4 is available in Midnight Blue... I'm sure half the reason olights cost 25% more than a similarly specced alternative brand is because they're kinda purdy.

How about the magnet on the tail? I believe that the horizontal hold was weak on the SP3. Has it been improved on the SP4?

Yes I have SP4 and it’s very strong

Thanks for thr comparison. Quick question. Does the seeker 3 pro fit the seeker 4 pro holster? Also, the neutral white option, is a massive win over the 3 pro.

Yes it does fit but I don't think it will charge because the contacts look different on the seeker 4 pro

I like the grip stopping in the middle, i think it helps with the additional pocket clip resting on metal and not rubber.
Also, i would still take the seeker pro 2. Smaller than both and has better throw, not advertised as better throw but it is. The 3 leds are set deeper in the lens. 2 is my pick.

Olight is starting to get really annoying now. They keep releasing endless editions of the same torch with tiny incremental upgrades and trying to get loyal customers to buy the same very high priced torch all over again. How about looking after existing customers with decent aftermarket parts and actually making replacement batteries available (when you can manage to find them they're astronomically priced).
I have the warrior mini 2. Talk was that the warrior mini 3 was this awesome upgrade. I got one and all you get is a negligble amount more throw, made worse by a way narrower beam, a harsher beam colour, and slightly worse runtimes. Screw getting the Seeker 4 to replace my Seeker 3 Pro -I see nothing here to justify the purchase.
