Well done, this is a very good guide! I would have just went through the gear used in the video. Other than that awesome job bud!

thanks, to explain my thought process: since the guide was meant for the rotation specifically rather than a general build guide I decided to skip stuff like gear and all the trait choices focusing on the ones that are important for the rotation.
The gear info can be found in the description.

Do you have any dps number for no-kit variety, really don't like to use grenade too much spam.

if you just dislike the amount of auto-attacks on Grenade, there is a build that uses more kits and therefore has to fill the gaps less with Grenade (or the Mace variant that only goes into the Kit for Grenade 2)
If you dislike having kits in general, then there is not really any condi build i can recommend since you will lose one of your strongest skills in Grenade 2.
The only Engi build I can think of that does comparable to its meta counterpart without kits is Power Sword Holo where you can swap out Grenade Kit for Photon Wall (cause of its toolbelt skill) for a minor-ish DPS loss.

Or make grenade kit less spam, In General Options > Combat/Movement try to change "Ground Targeting" from normal to "instant". With this config u can just hold button to spam grenade1. But this config affect other Ground Targeting skills too (your green circle skill) make sure you get used to your skill range first cause skill will instant pop out on your mouse position.
