It was very sweet to hear you read my letter. I couldn't have meant it more. Reached 902 letter pages last night! I'll send you another sometime soon. Enjoyed the episode. So excited to be going to the San Francisco Pen Show next week!
BEN! Your letter was so lovely. Thank you for sending it! And I'm so excited for you to attend SF (and not at all jealous 😉)! Write us and tell us about your experience there! I'd love to read it.
Laura's response to the new Alchemy ink made me think of the great Boston molasses flood of 1919. Another fine installment, thanks fr the opportunity to see a little of the DC show remotely. Pilot's handwriting analysis was especially intriguing!
A whopper of a show about a whopper of a show! I was wondering why I didn't see Laura at the show -- I'm glad she was able to recover in time to enjoy a fair bit of it. I left fairly early on Saturday afternoon, so I probably just missed her. As I was watching, the remarks about all the various events (Kenro, David Oscarson, Pilot, ...) reminded me that I've missed events that I've wanted to attend, and I've also had trouble finding out about events. If they are on your web pages, I haven't been able to find them. I'd really appreciate easy access to some kind of calendar of upcoming events.
I met the people behind Anderillium at a pen show, and they are lovely. One of the few actual stationery sellers in the part of the world where I live has their inks in stock, and the lines are so cool: lepidoptera, cephalopod, avian! Fancy names for amazing creatures. Next how about another line associated with other amazing creatures? YOU! Will you do it? Maybe team up with non-retailers who do pen and ink and paper and gadgets blogs, like Karrie (Kerry?) from Pens and Tea, the inimitable Miss Marilyn, Doodlebud (who gave me my first modern Estie, with all the extras, and even tuned the nib before he sent it. Cool!), Dr./Professor Stephen BRE Brown and all his alter egos, the Inkquiring Mind Doug, Mike Matteson, Penboy Roy, David, Chris Rap..., His Nibs, more and more bloggers, and different inks associated with all. Just a thought. I get them occasionally.
I’m sorry I used the hard-to-pronounce words, but glad y’all muddled through! For clarification, the rooster is a symbol of France; so, my vintage pen celebrates the French Olympic team. (The rooster on the pen is even depicted in the colors of the tricolor flag.)

Thanks Eric!

David, that's a great idea. I'll talk to Raj about adding an events calendar to the website!

These are fun ideas! I wonder what we'll do next!
Leila, I was there, and the room lit up when your brother mentioned your name. I also really enjoyed getting to know Barry.
Barry is a gem of a human. Really. And thank you so much for saying that. Really. Very kind of you
I would love to review that ink it sounds wonderful :)
It's on the way!

Thank you so watching, and your nice comment!!
Hi friends, glad to see 70’s theme fountain pens.
Hey friend! Yeah, it's a fun collection!
It's so fun! I'm a big fan of 70s music, too.
Incredible ink collab!,
Thank you!
Thanks! We are so excited about it!

That is so cool Stacy! I had no idea! Thanks for the clarification!
🐓 Oh, very cool, Stacy!! We should probably read the letters ahead of time so we know what awaits, but it's more fun to be spontaneous!
Thought I’d update the identity of my pen further: a friend pointed out that it could be from the 1992 Winter Games in Albertville, France.
I heard there was no sign up at the Pilot handwriting thing, but then once I got there ...the 'first come, first served' bit was a sign up. Next year!
Yes, there was no sign up on Friday, but it was too chaotic, so they changed it to a sign up on Saturday and Sunday! I'm sorry you missed it!!
What Laura said! The chaos of Friday was very real. Pilot learned a lesson that day.
