These are the easy daily habits I follow to keep my room clean and organized. I find that doing a little room cleaning every day doesn’t take much time and prevents a mess from building up and saves time in the long run. Basically, clean a little every day so you don’t have to spend all day cleaning later.
I want to do a new organization video next week or the following so let me know in the comments what you’d like to see me organize next. Some ideas: closet, pantry, refrigerator, makeup, purse, “life” organization, or any other ideas ** Whatever gets the most comments I will do! **

***TO CLARIFY TIP 2*** The suggestion to sleep on top of the duvet is meant for spring and summer when it's hot anyway and sleeping under a heavy duvet is not needed. This has an added bonus of not messing up the bed. Originally I had explained this in the video but cut it out, now I regret that.

Also, it comes down to forming a habit. Doing something repeatedly for roughly 45ish days is what it takes to form a habit on average. Also, the reason I've started getting organized/cleaning is because it sets the tone for the rest of the day for me. It helps me stay productive and I finish what needs to be done, instead of procrastinating.

I love that your husband gets in all your videos at the end, it adds humor and it shows his support for your channel as well! and girl I'd love to shop your closet of the things you don't want anymore you got style ;) I'd like to see a linen closet organization video in the near future I always have trouble keeping mine tidy because I also use it for storage for some winter clothes and some other stuff too.

I would love to see a purse organisation video!!! :) Also for the people who are also living with a messy partner: My boyfriend and I set a timer every night before bed and do 5 minutes of cleaning or tidying together. He hates it, but he likes that it is only 5 minutes and that I don't get annoyed about his mess, since I know it will get cleaned up each night. He is also really proud of himself after and its hilarious and adorable LOL
And I do the little habits to keep my room stays clean I love how you encourage people to keep their rooms clean

- Always keep room clean !!
- Have a system as soon as I go home so there’s no mess
- Have a designated laundry day and put clothes back in place immediately after laundry

My biggest problem is paper!!! Paying bills, what to keep, catalogs, mail, etc. No matter how much I try to fight it, there always are piles of paper on the computer desk and esp. the kitchen island where everything goes. I've done the Konmari method for clothes but the paper part eludes me. Thank you!

Yes to purse organization! That's a unique idea I haven't seen done. Mine has totally become a pit with finals having just ended. I also always appreciate closet organization tips! Love your videos. They help me get motivated to organize!

After watching one of your organization videos, I got up and cleaned and organized my car and got rid of a ton of my old makeup. I'm actually excited to get home and work on my bedroom! Hi. Do you have any videos on how to keep laundry orderly? I ask because I always seem yo have soooooo much laundry to do, it just keeps piling up. Any tips on how to minimize and keep organized?
I did a video recently on laundry tips and tricks. Beyond that I used the konmari method to donate probably 60% of my clothes, having less to manage has made a HUGE difference!!

frequently wash your clothes. or have sertain piles for sertain days. do this for the week ahead or probably two weeks ahead and you should be fine.

When I have an early morning ahead of me or I know I won't have as much time in the AM, I too sleep on top of my duvet with a blanket and not under all the sheets! I thought I was the only one 😅 it makes straightening up the bed so much easier! Great tips :)
