Whenever I play molten mode I place my farm get my elf and defend from there. Now that I only really play Fallen I never really use it since it cant kill two abnormals.

i think gcb is really underrated as a sub dps and early mid and late game tower. it can do almost anything in almost any gamemode besides killing bosses

Gold crook boss lvl 3 is very reliable, I usually have 1 or 2 defend the whole wave 26
I place 2 lvl 3 gold crooks and they usually can deal with everything until wave 30

One Curiosity from TDS: If you put a Max Mercenary Base near a Military Base in the upgrade menu after level 3 it will appear: 3.6, 12 and 28.8 the damage because of the 20% damage buff from Mercenay Base. But it will not increase the damage, you see on the Humvee level 3, Tank or Railgun info in the match will not appear the extra damage, but it don't work! Another Curiosity is that the Military Base costs 34,600 to max and the Mortar costs 34,600 to max then they have the same price to reach max level! I love your channel and i like it alot the video, good video about the Spawner Towers CORSO!
Units don't get affected by Danage buff by Airstrike is affected but it's pretty minor
Wikia confirmed a few weeks ago but spawn will *never* receive any kind of buff
However airstrike does get buffed as it considered a tower skill not spawn skill
spawners are hard coded to not receive buffs

For merc base you should’ve calculated 2 riot and one medic, this makes a huge difference considering medic doubles the hp. This means you are greatly underestimating this tower’s capabilities.

Never really thought about it, but I think Corso ranking Mili Base above G Crook Boss makes sense with his reasoning. Mili Bases’s ability has great potential DPS!

I think military base should be a low s tier. It’s so op when you stack them which make them do so much damage when ramming into enemies. With using the new abilities from the new update, you can get tanks really early on which makes it one of the best for early game. It’s also arguably the best for countering breakers and being a beast in intermediate mode. You also get a lot of money when using the air strike on hoards and get insane value since it doesn’t require any cash to be used.
best at early game is verry verry wrong... unless by that u mean waiting for like double the time till they spawn or dmg vise

Has good ability.
Prevents any possible leaks.
Has good DPS overall.
Very good if stacked.
And you can get it very quick even on new account.
And for somewhat reason it's still intermediate tower.
(I think it needs to be advanced tower after rework)
@@tharushakarunaratne3692 it’s cheap and could be easily spammed as level 2 or 3 (depends on load out) and since the gunner could see hidden now, it’s good for late early and mid game. Just saying now I meant it’s good for late early game, so that’s around when hidden enemies spawn or breakers.

I feel like necromancer would be so good if you could choose what ur spawning like in merc base. It good be easily balanced by limiting the amount of max gravestone for skeletons

Just a few things left out about merc base. 1: You NEED to place it near the track or else it won’t spawn it’s units. This can screw up the 20% damage buff it’s gives cause it won’t be near as many towers. And 2: Each of the units has a different spawn time. Their spawn times are the same at max level besides rioter who has a 50 second spawn time. Edit: Also I accidentally deleted the original comment I made so I had to type it again lol.
Probably the top of A-tier at most.

Regardless of how good it is, I think Mercenary base is the coolest spawn tower in the game. Giving a damage buff is really good and completely unique to the Mercenary base (excluding admin exclusive towers), and being able to choose what units to spawn, then spawn even more anywhere you want is clever. It is definitely my favorite spawn tower, and one of my overall favorites.

Corso forgot to do the combo of rioteer + medic dps.
Its better bc you get 2 rioteers with a medic shield, which is effevtively 2 more rioteers (agaisnt high hp enemies, bosses mostly, but also vindicators and stuff). That makes the rioteer dps go wild, and thats excluding posible healing and medic ram dps.
I agree with the placement but the most optimal way is 2 rioteers and 1 medic. (For midgame is grenadier spam, until you can get rioteers, specificly lvl 3 spam, and early, dont use it for early.) And the damage buff radius doesnt get affected by dj for some reason, either way it makes op towers do stupid dps, so its op as hell and a serious contender for dj in terms of tower rankings.

Remember if you set level 1-3 necromancers to strongest, they will up their meter WAY faster and have a much smaller chance of missing its shots. Also, if you solo and use necro as a sub dps tower you can get one very early and if you spam level 2s you get some insane early dps. If you really wanted to, you could use a supply drop to get a necromancer at wave 3-4 in any instance, at which point it solos at level 0 to wave 15-16. That's extremely cheap.

The necro placement hurts my heart 😭, it’s a great a defensive tower , and it’s also possible to get a high end of unit if your rng is good , like you can get possibly 2-3 executioners with necro and maybe 6-9 with 3 , so in it’s a great defensive tower , rly op if supposedly some 2 -4 shotgun era escape range with the commander boost or a just a necro boss or a hoard of breakers , the necro is a cheap alternative to placing other high end offensive towers to defend the back , like I’d normally expect 4 - 8 g minis to struggle with the same situation .
Defensive tower? Its an offensive tower it does nothing "defensive" it puts damage on the field thats it if you want a good crowd control tower use idk mortar or actual executioner? those doesnt require rng, FORTY GRAND TO MAX and constant ability usage to be usefull against breakers once an enemy walks past necromancers graveyard range the tower becomes useless adding on to the countless reasons why you shouldnt use this shit tower this tower is fun and cool which is where your bias comes in which is fine not every tower in your loadout needs to me meta its only about what makes you the happiest but in a meta scenario where your in the highest point of the game and need the best towers this towers ass

@@femurbreaker0 problem is that mili base has a timer and has only 1500 hp, and elf camp sucks , by the time the 3 4k ho Shotgunner reach the near end of, the elf camps would not have a sufficient output to manage , while necro does , since you can you the ability to when ever you want and 6 executioners seems far better that the other options combined in a situation like that , and also there’s also makeshift wall of unit that’s called the hollow guard , so necro would truly be better in a situation like that , beside , I’m just gonna say this rly stupid thing but it’s also kinda true , but look at goondex’s videos , he’ll show your the usefulness of the necromancer

One thing corso didnt specify/know: executioner skeleton actually does not do 50 damage but on most cases depending on the enemy hitbox it could do 350 pet attack (150-200 on the go and when it comes back it hits again) and also if a enemy its on its max range of executioner skeleton it can spam hit the enemy in pkace dealing a max of 1000/1500 damage
According to the news feed. They removed the unit collision with a shield on the enemy so mercenary has been downgraded for a bit isn't that useful
i think an important thing to note is that you have the ripped elf and bomber elf spawn times backwards, ripped elfs spawn every 80 and gift bombers every 50

I like necro, using it to vaporize a boss is pretty fun. Just place one lvl 0 necro, let it get some graves, activate ability, and the boss just dies. (Wave 10 molten or wave 7 int)
Also I recommend placing it farther away from the enemy spawn to manipulate the grave placement so the units have time to spawn and the necros can easily attack.

I like millitary base. The airstrike being a free 450 damage on demand wherever the hell i want as a safety net for the unreliable but strong units it provides is great.

A fun fact about elf camp that you can solo in fallen up to wave 40 just by using elf camp, that is already insane enough to focus on farm to get ur high dps towers to take care of the fallen boss, him ranking elf camp besides necromancer is a crime😞 i use elf camp in every mode and its the only reliable spawner tower better than every spawner tower
you turned a 6 min video into a 18 min video and make me want to watch it good stuff.
The game changed so much when i stopped playing it's cool to see that my favorite game looks way better than it was ever before!
I was able to get my first gold skin (golden mini) because of just 3 towers. (This is for the new players of tds) crook boss, farm, and military base. The military base will tank for the goons so they can get a high value in dps in molten
For a second I thought you forgot elf camp because I didn't see it on the tier list but my worries were rest assured after watching the video even more

Hey keep in mind, the old and I mean old crook boss was op. Like you only needed crook boss and could spam 15 of them, those were the days
one thing i would like to add is that the crook boss is one of the few non-golden towers that can last up to wave 9 i believe in PW2
It’s interesting to see thumbnail meta for different games like td games and PvP games like bedwars or blade ball, td are very simple and Direct, bedwars and blade ball have more depth and personality

In my opinion, i really see no issue with this, but the thing that balances out the mercenary base is it's placement limit
i managed to solo molten mode pretty easily with just necromancer and farm, it’s my personal favorite and it feels better than the accelerator honestly
On its own, elf camp isn’t that powerful, but assuming you are not having major leaks and are on maps like Uturn, it can have enough dps to kill the molten boss with almost no help other than the 2 elf camps

It's hilarious how bad Necromancer is until max level, especially since it's a Hardcore tower and costs gems. This could be completely fixed by just making its earlier level attacks similar in function to its max level attacks, aka lock-on beams that drain multiple enemies. Obviously it doesn't have to hit 7 enemies at level 1, it could start at like, 2, and then increase 1 per level. Also, the grave summoning animation should either just be removed or somehow play while it attacks. Nothing sucks as much as letting enemies leak because it decided to summon graves.
P.S. I don't think Necro summons are entirely random, either. It seems to upgrade gravestones as it does more damage to enemies. So you can "bank" gravestones until they level up, at which point you're (I'm pretty sure) guaranteed at least 1 Executioner. This actually makes Necromancer's ideal placement quite weird, as you want it to always be doing damage to level up its gravestones, but also far back enough that it doesn't place its gravestones in a spot where enemies will walk past them before activating. Luckily, it's huge range at max level makes this pretty easy to do, but that makes its earlier levels even _more_ awkward, as if you place it in an ideal spot for its lv6 range, it probably won't be able to hit much until then.
Overall, incredibly wonky and poorly-designed tower. It needs some love to make it worth the grind for gems.
no you can't use simple math to determine the dps of a spawner tower , because the summons will have different ranges , conditions like are the summons dead , movement speed , do they stop , the map etc , there are too many factors , here it should be based on opinion but yhea great video

I think I might’ve invented a solo fallen Strat with golden mini gunner, crook boss, farm, DJ and commander and trust me crook boss is really reliable as it can last you up to wave 20 and by then you would’ve already have max farms and you could start spamming golden mini gunners.
I Think it's Elf Camp and Golden Crook Boss. Both Are Very Good Right Now. If living Together With a Military base There Will be Three Towers With Very High Damage. Including if You Count Mercenary base, The Damage is insane.
then u have no real dps and only rely on farms which u cant max all 4 spawner towers thats gonna cost like 150k

You see there may be better spawners then others but thst does not matter when i eventually unlock all spawner towers and use em all at once to have a army of units overwhelming a type of fantasy creature known as a zombie for one of their strategies of overwhelming
hello corso if you are reading this a found a glitch with the new consumables if you upgrade a tower that gains hidden detect on upgrade when the uva is equiped it does not get hidden detection when upgraded
I think you did some of the towers dirty. Its not really a tier list on how good their DPS is by themselves, so considering it 'unreliable' when a boss spawns in and stomps is unrealistic, as this is a tier list for SPAWNER towers. If there were non-spawner towers, or even Engi in it, then it'd be relevant, but there isn't. A good overall breakdown of their capabilities otherwise, though. Like your content, Corso 👍

Elf camp:if bones stronger than a elf carrying a 100 pound snow ball

I wish all the minions would spawn at the same rate, saving the time the boss does that "summon" animation, as well as making a massive Gang on the map!
For me…I gotta give Elf Camp my favourite Tower (tied with MiniGunner and maybe Accel)
And Elf Camp is…in my opinion the coolest tower!!!
(I also use Elf Camp a lot…like when it was first added I got it for Christmas (I think it was in 2022 Christmas Day!!! And loved it since!!!)
