fun fact about Remrin:
she was a Mewtwo main in smash 4 but towards the end of S4 she mostly used Wario as she stated how he was more fun.
In ultimate she STARTED as a Wario main, but gradually shifted to Mewtwo as she stated he was more fun.
I think she just likes mid tier characters lol

That’s not quite the case in Ult. Mewtwo actually hits like a truck, with footstool Disable being the biggest enabler of that. The problem is that Mewtwo has all the wrong qualities that come together to make it’s disadvantage state super awful. Past that though, great neutral and advantage state

It’s crazy to hear about Babino in one of your videos are used to play against him online sometimes to help him warm up in between sets or to help me decide what sword character to main cause I’ve only beat him like four times. I’m so proud of my boy.

I have never heard of Remrin until now. Man M2 is underplayed lol
ROB is a hard matchup for Mewtwo and the grand final reset showcases that. Mewtwo is floaty, tall and light which makes him super vulnerable to gyro side b combos which will kill Metwo super early. Good stuff from Remrin. She played really well.
Its not super hard for Mew2. Its at worst, minus 1. Heck i'll even argue its even or slightly into rob favor
It's basically an even MU until the gyro combo happens, since Mewtwo is one of the easiest character to hit it on
@@francoisturcotte3982 I think its a -1. Rob can juggle Mewtwo quite easily and can follow him in the air.
@@RainbowAceOfSpades so can mew2. Plus mew2 is faster, has a reflector, shadowball and can edgeguard rob really great.

@@francoisturcotte3982as a Mewtwo main, it’s definitely no longer even but it isn’t his worst MU for sure (that’s Fox).
As someone who use to follow Wadi, when he did say that, Zomba was still on his upward trend. Since then, the ROB game has optimised significantly in the past couple years in both offence (gyro combos are more consistent than in Wadi’s time) and surviving edgeguards.
The average ROB level has risen enough to make it uneven. Remrin is an even better Mewtwo main than even Wadi was but the ROBs are also better than before.
The Mewtwo optimisation has been super slow in comparison and needs a break through.

I never heard of remrin she is a very good player from what I see from her. I’m surprised that she got a bracket reset over mkleo I would not be that mad about my result I would be happy that I gave the former number one now 11 best player in the world a challenge.

Edit: okay now wtf was that kill at 9:04?? These guys are playing on weird modded switches. Cant tell me otherwise. I have never seen that weird knockback of mewtews nair.
The Ike thing is just how his side B works in the air. You can go offstage to contest it and timing an airdodge will still trigger the hit and make him go into free fall.
The Mewtwo thing is reproducible on unmodded switches but I agree that it's niche and probably wasn't known by the vast majority.

It’s interesting but I think mkleo was also labbing I bet to see what was possible with rob. He’s not in my eyes a phenomenal rob and this is him seeing the extent of how far the character can be pushed.
