Great reflection for backwards day. I coupled the Calm challenge with Dry January with the goal that if I also meditated everyday this month, I could reward myself with a year subscription using the money I saved by not drinking alcohol. Now we’ve come full circle!

It's awesome guys. Great work. I really liked how the audio went quite in between so that there was space for my thoughts too. The last bit with a story was very good. Loved it. I was actually using it to sleep but from tmrw I m meditating. Tnq guys
