Soft N' Squishy Mango Buns

If you love mangos then you're in for a real treat with these super soft and fabulous Mang Buns. You could use them for all purposes such as a side roll, sandwich buns or dress them up in garlic butter to create a magical garlicly mango bread. This recipe is detailed and perfect for beginners.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup all purpose or bread flour
1 tablespoon instant yeast or active dry yeast
4 tablespoons warm water
1/2 cup mango juice or puree (room temp)
1/4 cup butter room temp
2 eggs plus 1 egg yolk room temp (reserve the white)
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
