Tovia, looks really chocolatey. I love how it came out. I laughed when you went, "I'm going to put the splash guard on" and the cocoa powder came flying out. I hate when I have flour of powdered sugar fly out going all over the kitchen.

Looks great but is it ALOT sweeter then the ermine's frosting and does this make enough for frosting a 2 layer cake? How much total frosting does this recipe make? Please include that in your wonderful videos!! Please do a really fab chocolate cake recipe for layer cake or a 9x13 cake pan!! I really need a great chocolate cake recipe and a butter cake recipe..I have tried so many!!
