Regarding the pronunciation of ahegao: The initial A is accented not the he. Accenting the "he" is how it would be pronounced if it were a western term. This is standard for the majority of three syllable Japanese words and makes you sound like a tourist when you accent the second syllable. See also: YAmato, not yaMAto

Though for the Spanish example, they also use the accent mark to indicate if a syllable is being emphasized, which is neat

I'll have to disagree with your characterization of the Whatever Podcast. It's actually a dating podcast where 99% of the guests are cis-female adult-themed content creators. The idea is to share their dating experiences and learn more about how the modern dating market affects all genders differently, especially with the impact of hookup culture, dating apps, and sex work. Keep in mind, however, that the host Brian always argues on behalf of males to imply that women have far more advantages than men (which is not expected, since the podcast almost always ends up with the entire female guests teaming up and refusing to rebuttal in good faith). The podcast started gaining traction and even Destiny (political debater) showed up a few times.
So it's not a podcast where Brian specifically scouts for low-IQ female content creators with a history of sex work. Regardless of intelligence level, it's just that most of them happen to be in, or have been in the field of sex work, or blindly advocate for those in sex work.
