This is when incompetent Cadres kill because of lack of experience and skills. She should be charged for murder. I hope she at least feels remorse and guilt in having causing the deaths of patients who could not talk for themselves and were at her mercy.😢

This Judge has 2 Master’s Degrees in Law “with distinction”. Very few people are more knowledgeable on matters of Law than Judge Mmonoa Teffo.
Go read the written judgement and then you’ll see how highly educated and proficient she is in English.
