Does not need one. You line it up with the correct dimple as shown in the video. Once it is lined up and the first bolt is installed, you just simply fill in the reset of the holes with the supplied mounting hardware.
I bet Ford owners would have problems with corrosion later being the aluminum and steel screws reacting. Probably have to find them aluminum self tappers.
BAD Advice. Ya NEVER drill holes in your truck bed WITHOUT at least painting the hole to prevent the rust monster from attacking. AND Self Drilling screws ALWAYS come loose. It needs bolt and nylon locking nut to make it permanent. But the sheeeeeety plastic case looks flimsy from my screen. I went and checked them out and true enough, 100% crap. PLASTIC does not last, metal (DIAMOND PLATE ALUMINUM) LASTS FOREVER.
@@utahnick I have had two sets on two different trucks. ZERO issues. I do wish for the price that someone would make a set out of diamond plate. If I could weld aluminium, I would own that market lol.

does it interfere with stock bed led lights?
Does anybody know where I can buy the pivot locks separately? The ones I bought didn’t come with them
Do they have this for the 5th gen Ram?
Does it just bury the bed hook then?
Can you still put 4x8 plywood with this installed?
Yes. But depends on how many sheets you are looking to slide in to the bed.
Does this come with a drill template?

Is there that much of a difference between Gen 2 and gen 3 truck beds? The gen 2 boxes are more expensive.
I would never drill holes into my truck bed.
Trust me the plastic hinges wil break after using the product a few times.
Had mine since 2018 in my 2017 Ram 1500. Still no issues.
What plastic hinges are you talking about?
