Is this a joke? We know you can purchase two tickets separately. We want to be able to purchase them TOGETHER as ONE transaction.

We know this is how to buy "multiple" passes. That's the issue. People want to buy multiple at the same time, not repeatedly purchase one.

If anyone is listening reading or caring, this is not what the people asked for.

They actually call this one of the “amazing features” of the new App in the description for this video. New Orleans RTA has managed to go backwards with this new app - no frequent rider wants to buy passes one at a time.

Just the fact that you need a RUclips video to show how to buy multiple passes should tell you something. But aside from the cumbersome UI, how much extra do all these separate transactions cost NORTA in extra credit card fees?

We all know it's dumb not to be able to buy bulk passes on one ransaction, as you easily could in the previous app. Fix it.
I *can* appreciate that you can now activate multiple passes at once, for friends, family, or whoever I'm with who's just a visitor. I think that's the "keen" part of this new process that y'all are trying to promote. What would make me even MORE appreciative is if RTA would properly instruct their operators so I don't have to argue with them when I board, that I have 2 passes, ergo I have paid separately for 2 people, and wasting another $1.25 cash to double pay because Being Right < Getting Kicked Off Streetcar and Missing Our Movie.

Why so many steps?! You can't be serious! This was obviously created by someone who doesn't take public transportation. You've made it harder to buy passes, not easier.

This has to be a joke, right? I want to buy a handful of tickets at a time and store them in the app so I don't need to worry about buying tickets right before every ride. How hard can it be to have a drop down that allows for, e.g., 5 or 10 tickets just like on the old app? This really shouldn't be so hard.

Absolutely absurd. Did you run this by anyone at all before implementing this practice?

Why not just let us buy one pass and have an option to add separate riders to that one pass? That way when I get on the bus and show the driver that one pass it will show if I purchased for 1,2, 3 or so on riders. How hard is it for you to let us to add riders to a single pass?! You making us do multiple purchases for what?

It's obvious that the RTA went with "the absolute lowest bidder" for this app. Totally not user friendly at any step of the design. Having to buy multiples tickets one at a time is wholly unacceptable as a UX design. And the fact that a RUclips video is needed in order to inform users how to use the app to do what should be a simple, intuitive function demonstrates the absolutely amateurish and unacceptable interface design. This app is hot trash from start to finish.

The app is worse than before but the service is just as bad as ever. On the 11 to downtown the drivers always took an hourlong break on canal and would just hop on the “next guys schedule” so half the buses are frauds
