I heard, and hope we getting that Broly animation for when dbs comes back. I know the guy in charge of the Broly animation is the guy in charge now, but budget is different for movie Vs series. That said, I doubt a new dbs would start with the same problems as the last dbs now that it's already got it's new following and old ones back.

Fun Fact: Goku used Hakai in the Manga against Zamasu, but it takes longer and a lot of concentration for him to do it, Zamasu escaped by throwing Mai in the way
they explained ealier that Jiren is like goku he is giving his opponents time to power up but he does it so he can finally fight someone that is his equal, its not that he is a showboat.

Apart from Saiyan pride, Vegeta was buying time for the team, hoping to run down the clock, or at least survive long enough for Goku to regain his power. He won't admit it, but he knows that Goku is their best chance of beating Jiren, due to Ultra Instinct. Which is why he gave his power to Goku at the end.

Edit: I know Goku didn't know about Zeno's plan on erasing the Unis and only reminded Zeno of his tournament idea (which Zeno brought in the U6 Saga) so that he can test his power against strong opponents.

The ends don't justify the means, Goku had no idea the universes were going to be destroyed anyway going into it. At the very least it should teach him to tread lighter in case he does incite something like that in the future.

3:56 a fact the Japanese voice actress for Bulma I actually died of heart complications before final episode of dragon Ball super aired so having Bulma moments in the last couple episodes of super to motivate Vegeta was a pretty much a tribute to that actress who died before all the episodes had aired.

Yall really need to start paying more attention lol Goku reminded Zeno of the tournament, no one could have predicted a tournament for survival. Goku asked Whis if he should convince Zeno to drop the tournament but Whis insisted that once Zeno makes a decision, that’s it. After that, there was nothing Goku or ANYONE could do, they had to win to survive.

Vegeta tried to break Jiren's arm. In the subs Vegeta says "I'll take your arm with me" but not in dub. That's why you guys couldn't figure out what Vegeta was doing. That's why you should have watched subs.

People are saying that it’s not Gokus fault that the Tournament of Power happened because Zeno was going to erase the low level Universes anyway, and by asking for the Tournament it meant that Goku indirectly gave the other Universes a fighting chance to survive. But none of this changes the fact that Goku blatantly ignored Whis and Beerus’s warnings about the dangers of what could happen to other people if he were to ask the Omni Kings for another Tournament, because in the end all Goku cared about was his own selfish desire to become stronger, he didn’t give a damn about what bad things could’ve happened to others.
The simple truth is that Goku chose to risk safety of other people’s lives for nothing but a good fight, regardless of how it all turned out in the end.

Vegeta is such a boss. He never quits and is such a pure determination kind of dude. So much respect for him and especially fighting in his base form. Love that. And he still had enough to do that epic Final Flash AND give Goku more energy! He's amazing.
Holy shit you people are dense. It was said by the Supreme Kai of one of the non-participating universes that the Zenos intended to unceremoniusly wipe EVERY SINGLE UNIVERSE IN THIS TOURNAMENT from existence because they hadn't achieved a high enough level. What Goku did by proposing the tournament to the Zenos was give all those universes the chance to at least fight for their survival.

It's not gone forever. Dbs or whatever comes after will be back, it's already well into the works. Hell, most believe it's ready but got delayed because one piece had a big movie and anniversary event and it's Japan's biggest anime, so it takes priority.
