It’s crazy, because Nolan has made two of my personal top three ever. His movies are not overhyped, you can tell they are Nolan films, and you can tell that they are truly masterpieces, from the very first time you watch them.
IM PRAYING that because of the 10 year anniversary of Interstellar next year, they’ll bring it back to IMAX Theaters near me. One of my biggest regrets in life is that I never got to see Interstellar in IMAX.
I did watch Oppenheimer in imax like 4 times as a result of that regret lmfao.

so Miller and the crew have only been there 1 hr and 20 min. it would take about 70 yrs for them for miller to find out anything substantial.

Kinda sad that too many people when they hear "tesseract" they think of MCU. Though a tesseract is just a geometric shape, specifically a 4d cube. A line is the 1d extension of a point, a quad is the 2d extension of the line, a cube is the 3d extension of a quad and a tesseract is the 4d extension of a cube. So in some sense two 3d cubes connected at all edges and corners. A tesseract has 8 bounding 3d cubes which encompasses a 4d volume just like a cube has 6x 2d "faces" which bound a 3d volume.
The tesseract is one of the simplest 4d shapes only surpassed by the 4-simplex which is the equivalent of a triangle and the extension of a 3d tetrahedron (triangular pyramid or 3-simplex) in 4d space. Higher dimensional geometry is kinda fun, but hard to visualize. It can be described quite easily with math, even higher dimensions, but since we're stuck with 3 spatial dimensions and we only see 2d images with out eyes it's really hard to visualize them inside your head.

When Murphy received the quantum data from her father (and then solved gravity), she inspired Humanity to work together and build the space stations. That must have taken many years.
By the time Cooper emerged from the wormhole 50 years later, Humanity had several space stations in space.
Amelia Brand arrived at Edmunds’s planet at around the same time.
Both Brand and Cooper experienced 51 years of time dilation. Humanity had no way to know that they were still alive.
Cooper was rescued, and he most probably gave his full report on the Endurance Mission.
It was only then that Humanity knew of Endurance’s success.

He has to go meet up with her as he's the only one who knows where she's at while people of Earth doesn't know anything about the mission or which planets they went to. Only cooper knows as he was the leader of the mission. The mission was kept secret because the professor created a fake mission leading them all on wild goose chase because he thought that humans won't be able to solve the problem of the dust bowl. He didn't want to tell the planet that there was nothing they could do about the dust problem and they are doomed. So he made this fake mission to try to inspire others to keep trying even if he knows they are doomed. It pretty much worked because Murphy figured it out with the help cooper having infinite data while inside the tesseract.
