I love Cook once eat all week!! I really only tried about 6 weeks worth and I keep repeating because we like it so much. I haven't been using it as much in the summer because we do tend to eat very seasonally. Although the winter I'll get frozen vegetables if we don't have any Frozen or canned. I just bought her old book fit and fed and that's been interesting
Do you have a video where to talk about your blocks, how you determined which ones you block and what exactly falls into each block? I would love to hear more about them. Do you have like a master list for each block? Also, what is all included in your Monday reset? Thanks!
I have talked a lot about time blocks in multiple videos over the years, I went to do a quick search through, and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. I have also written about it extensively on my website townsend-house.com mostly in relation to balancing homeschool and home management. I do have a workshop in my membership community that walks through the steps of creating a realistic ideal rhythm. You can find that here - www.patreon.com/collection/51151?view=expanded You can always email me if you have specific questions as well! - www.townsend-house.com/contact/
Ah! That cookbook is going on my list! My daughter and I have celiac disease, so a cookbook that is all gluten free sounds amazing!
The recipes are so good!

I haven't seen the older book! I will have to check it out. The recipes are great though, definitely a hit here!
