I have used my Quill pens on a couple of stencils and really like them but I love your techniques on the Misti Stamping Tool and I think I am going to like that technique the best. Thank you for a great video.
For staters... Thank you for spelling "Stephanie" the correct way with NO "f"... Lol😉😂 I just bought the pen set and wanted to know if the metal mat can be used in the cricut maker along with sharpies to draw an image onto the larger sheets of foil? I know that there are the Foil Quills for the cricut machines (which I also bought) but I was worried about damaging my cricut being that my hubby just bought me my cricket maker.
The quickest and easiest way to foil a stamped image is to use some embossing ink, stamp your image to where you want it, put the foil over the image and then take your paper or whatever you are using and put it through either a Heidi swapp foiling machine, laminating machine, or a die cutting machine, it all depends on which one you have and or which technique you want to use but the foiling machine and the laminating machine both do the same in terms of heat wise but the die cutting machine uses pressure without heat. If you have not already used this technique, there are plenty of videos on RUclips to help you out with the the foiling techniques of a stamped image. The foil quill pens are really nice, you can use your stencils to trace the images onto paper and you will have a better result than tracing a stamped image. I hope everything works out for you!

As long you are going to use a stamp I think gold (or any metallic) embossing powder will give a sharper and prettier image.
