It looks that way, yes. However despite it's shape, the center of gravity is extremely low. It'd be really difficult to flip it even if you were trying to do so.

Really cool design ... and it floats! Might want a wider wheel-base to reduce risk of rollover. The small diesel engine is a good choice -- plenty of torque and low maintenance.

A 4000 pound vehicle carrying 12 average size men, with only 90 HP, I would think that little 1.5L diesel is working its tail off. Maybe it's "adequate " but I would want something more powerful. I believe the Sherpa torque rating is only around 140 lb ft. Also uses a 1.5L diesel.
The Atlas ATV company should consider moving to the U.S. This vehicle would sell here, especially, in the southern states where there are many outdoor enthusiasts.
They could sell a bunch of these up north in Minnesota for hunting and winter rescue operations. I wonder how good the heater works? Hell it's big enough you could pop in a little woodstove! I like this machine.
Perfect vehicle for the zombie apocalypse. Good protection, room for friends and weapons and you can stay off the main roads when needed (because its harder for zombies to keep up on rough terrain)😁

The batteries would be too heavy above the COG if you want to maintain the 24" clearance. This configuration would be impossible for an electric. I would not want to get stranded when the batteries die, you could freeze to death or starve in the middle of nowhere. Diesel is hard to beat on one of these.

with the weight of this thing, it's not flipping very easily and it only does 40MPH. It has an all-wheel steer and can crab walk. They didn't show it but for offroad and rock climbing you can deflate the tires and they reinflate in under 20 seconds for on-road or water.

The tire pattern is much more shallow than Sherp. They don't show it coming out of the water onto ice. This could be a deal breaker.
