      The batteries would be too heavy above the COG if you want to maintain the 24" clearance. This configuration would be impossible for an electric. I would not want to get stranded when the batteries die, you could freeze to death or starve in the middle of nowhere. Diesel is hard to beat on one of these.

    The tire pattern is much more shallow than Sherp. They don't show it coming out of the water onto ice. This could be a deal breaker.

      У Шерпа и Атласа разная трансмиссия и способы управления траекторией движения . Шерп - бортоповоротник , причем с силовым плавающим корпусом - лодкой , внутри которой расположен двигатель и вся трансмиссия , все защищено от грязи и воды . Атлас - с передними и задними управляемыми колесами , трансмиссия и двигатель расположены снаружи кузова авто , поэтому все детали трансмиссии и двигатель уязвимы от грязи , воды , больших камней .

    • @ICP1SBJ
      @ICP1SBJ Год назад

      with the weight of this thing, it's not flipping very easily and it only does 40MPH. It has an all-wheel steer and can crab walk. They didn't show it but for offroad and rock climbing you can deflate the tires and they reinflate in under 20 seconds for on-road or water.
