    • @lhaynes225
      @lhaynes225 6 лет назад +1

      Nope, it is obvious Big Ben is out for himself. Plus I'd like to know what team blew either the Broncos or Ravens teams he was on and the next time his team saw them his coach had to preach too much to them. It's called pride. It's no such thing as a team with pride that allows 80 points at home. Tomlin definitely has some blame. But you'll never win a Super Bowl with a quarterback that's not sold out to winning. And Shannon Sharpe knows that.

    Give 100% of the blame to the coach if ANYONE on your team is looking past an opponent who whipped you earlier in the season. If the Chiefs hadn't blown the lead against the Titans, could you imagine the Patriots looking past them after getting embarrassed in the season opener? There is no logic or discipline, and it is causing an immensely talented roster to under deliver.

    The problem was defense, the defense played terrible and play calling the play calling was bad just because the 4th down plays worked doesn’t mean it was a good play call. The jags outplayed us and deserved to win that game they d went out there and smothered Ben and Bell and the offense made it happen when they needed to.

    • @matador7457
      @matador7457 6 лет назад

      150 Roc Block The offense didn't score all 45 points. Did you watch the game at all or just check the final score? The Jags defense scored after the Steelers offense gave up a fumble. Also, Ben threw multiple picks that left the Steelers defense in terrible position. You can't ask the defense multiple times to defend the ball starting at their own 20 yard line lol it was a combo of mistakes on offense, bad defense, and poor coaching that killed the Steelers. Go actually watch the game and you'll see I'm correct. Blaming only the defense for that loss exposes you as a casual fan.

    Tomlin deserves way more than 25 % He's the heascoach he's responsible for everything. They're a mess of a team. A lot of people were hyping them up to even be in the Superbowl but they're nowhere near the same league as the patriots when it comes to discipline, strategy, preparation etc. They would have been beaten by The Patriots again, there's no doubt in my mind. You have talent on offense, that's pretty much all you have, but can you actually be a good team ? There's more to it than having some talented players.

    This is why I call shows like this "Sports Entertainment" and not sports. At least with WWE you know you are about to be fed malarkey ahead of time.
    The Steelers put up 42 points against the SECOND BEST-DEFENSE IN THE *NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE.*
    Roethlisberger threw for 469 yards and 5 TDs. Nearly and NFL record. You had two receivers go over 100 yards. Antonio Brown with 7 catches for 132 yards and Vance McDonald with 10 catches for 112 yards. Le'Veon Bell only rushed for 67 yards on 16 carries, but when you are down by 3 TDs running the ball isn't as much use to you.
    Granted, there were some questionable calls by Mike Tomlin in this game. That 4th and 1 they had late in the first half. I had no problem with them going for it, but why are you lining up in a single-back formation on a 4th and 1 that you desperately NEED? I knew that was disaster as soon as I saw that. Then a timeout was called so I said to myself, "Okay, they'll probably line up with something else since they allowed the Jags to see that." O_o..................They lined up in that formation *AGAIN!!!!!* What happened? Tackled in the backfield for a loss. No field goal, no TD, no first down. The onside-kick was stupid too, but not as much.
    That all being said, those things didn't cost the Steelers the game. The Jacksonville jaguars are just simply a better football team right now and they proved it. Everytime Pittsburgh made a run, Jacksonville answered. I mean EVERY time. This team is legit and looks like a Super Bowl team. Vikings and Jags. I'm calling it.

      No, New Japan Pro Wrestling is sports entertainment. WWE is a shell of its former self. Vikings vs Jags sounds like a good Super Bowl but I totally see Brady wearing six rings. The Patriots usually deliver in the Super Bowl tho. Should be good either way.

    • @Vamoslosmillos100
      @Vamoslosmillos100 6 лет назад +9

      They basically said the same as you... They gave 65% of the blame to the defense which is true when you're picking blames. Obviously the Jags get a lot of credit, they're just analyzing what the Steelers did wrong, and it's evident, they dared Blake Bortles to beat them and he did. Although I agree this is Sports Entertainment, your argument is not logical.

    Mike Tomlin deserves the blame. He went for an onside kick with upwards of 2 minutes on the clock. That short field gave them a touchdown. If not for that touchdown and short field. Steelers could have tied with a field goal.

      It was stupid to do a outside kick but Pittsburgh defense didnt stop the jaguars all game so he lost confidence in they defense because its no excuse everytime Pittsburgh kept coming back they could not get the jaguars of the field they kept letting the running backs catch passes and getting first downs every time it looks like they can get the ball back just face it Pittsburgh was great when they had top defense they just loaded on offense thats why Pittsburgh has to put up pionts because they defense is garbage they will never be a super bowl team into they defense smack teaams in the mouth on defense again like in the 70s and when early 2000s when they was hitting thats what Pittsburgh was known for Thats how they use to get to every super bowl they been in its good they git the offense but they need to fix that defense why they still have a quarterback because time running out

    That "All Time Defense" got 42 dumped on their heads. The passing defense, supposedly their strength, allowed like 470 yards and 5 TDs. Blake Bortles played alright against a bad defense, how is he gonna do against Bill Belichick? I see the Pats using the same strategy they used against the Titans, stack against the run and force Mariota to make all the plays, against Bortles and make him hate his life. All this is without even mentioning playoff experience and home field advantage. Pats cover the spread, plain and simple.

    • @DaKiddSkyy
      @DaKiddSkyy 6 лет назад +1

      They were 2/3 in the forth on forth down not including the one in the first half. The first forth down was unnecessary because it was still early in the quarter. The last two didn't matter because the damage was already done because of the offside kick. That offside kick told me he didn't believe in his defense even though they both successfully got 2 drives where they punted.

    Steelers are supposed to have a good defense. The jags ran 61 offensive plays, only one was for a loss, the kneel down to end the game. The jags came in and took it to them.
