YOU'RE THE ACTUAL COMPOSER! OH WOW, IT'S A PLEASURE AND AN HONOR TO EVEN HAVE A COMMENT FROM YOU IN THIS VIDEO! HEY IF YOU DO, IF YOU WANT I'LL GLADLY TAKE IT DOWN CAN'T WAIT TO HEAR THE OFFICIAL MIX!
It took me quite a few playthroughs to realize this, but the drop at 1:27 always happens exactly when the first Muay Thai fighter appears. And the game always makes it look like a coincidence, because it builds into it for a few seconds beforehand. This soundtrack isn't just amazing because the songs are good; there's also a lot of special attention put into making it flow with the action.
You did a great job on mixing the ingame song, one of my favourites in this game it reminds me of Fuze in SOR3 a lot.I had expected them to release the specific parts of the song seperately unfortunately that did’nt seem to be the case but at least we can still hear it this way.
I also thought the same thing when I realized how and when each song played during the stages, like in "Lift The Ground" (Airplane) I mostly like that song's third "climax" phase that plays when you're fighting the female thugs and gun goons so I thought the OST would basically do that. Not that I mind the tracks being counted as one song, it's just listening to the OST version makes me wish they either included them all in decent lengths or just split them; but hey they still are awesome.
message to the owner of this channel, if there have been 100 more views in 4 hours it is because of me lol Your remix is magnificent, in my opinion it is by far the best musical piece of the whole game. A thought also for They are Back and Down to the beach which is the very essence of streets of rage. Too bad the entire soundtrack is not as good as it is 3 musical pieces
If this woulda been final fight it would be a guarantee Capcom woulda added it. There’s no way they would have got the permission or the funds to even obtain it. Small developers made this game.
@SiNcereX totally disagree that it was lazy. Making something dynamic takes an incredible amount of patience and skill to pull off. It's not easy to produce music on software. Especially on a scale he did it. The melodies has to match Everytime or it's off. His choice of music production was intelligent. The music always reaches a crescendo when a certain situation happens. Like on stage 9 where the guys come out the elevator. That shit is brilliant. Now should he have mixed it better for the soundtrack? Yes. Because it's being listened to outside of gameplay and it's being listened to as music tracks, not game music. But was it lazy for him to make the tracks in the game that way? No way
SiNcereX To be fair, I doubt the composer even made the music to be listened to outside of the game. I still would like each section to be in the full song though, but it’ll likely take some time to mix each section to smoothly transition into each other in a full song
Nice job, the official extended version will come out, at some point :)

@Olivier Deriviere I LOVE this tune. Probably my favourite in the whole game. Tres formidable, Monsieur!
This has to be my favorite song in the game. It just goes all in and hits so hard...
...Like a Goro punch.
Hoo
4:50 Fat guys & Muay Thai fighters creeping into the screen
Great part
6:08 this part bring tears for my eyes!! fantastic song.
That beat drop when Goro appears.
I’d kill to have a loop from 1:25 to 3:25 extended. Ugh!!! It’s my favorite part of this whole masterpiece.
Looks like I've blown it off long enough, let me give peeps what they want, if you'll excuse me. :D

Why it should have been Game of the Year, f Hades. Or some type of accolade. Still going buckwild in this game.
1:27 that spinning kick hitting the cymbal for the drop 👍🏼👌🏼🤌🏼 beautiful
Video game music like this reminds me why I stopped listening to mainstream music.
this has some insane 90s vibe, WTF! 😭😱
Yessssss! 2:10-2:22 is my favorite part of the song that was omitted from the OST. Thank you for adding this mix!!
That part slaps so hard, the OST version had no business being that short so many great parts I can't stop moving my head to.
@@JadensFGC Bangin'!
Thank you for the mix! One of the best song from the game!
This really may be the best videogame song since Aquatic ambiance on Donkey Kong country. Certainly left an impression on me instantly!
Man this song goes INSANEO style
Thanks for this! I was upset by how abrupt the changes in the OST version are.
Ditto and to my surprise it looks like many others were too, so I feel less crazy about the fact that I did this. XD
Sani! Idk why but suddenly your Chow Time - OST Mix extended is saying I can't play it in my region and I am from NYC 😭😭😭
Its not really abrupt. It changes depending where you are in the stage
The intro is fantastic!

Your mixing is excellent. It reminds me of the Street Fighter III Third Strike how the dynamic soundtrack blends perfectly, great job!
Yoooooo I thought the same thing! This game uses that dynamic soundtrack gimic! I loved it on SFIII and oh thank you;

My favourite tune in the game too, and it's up against some stiff opposition.
P. S. Great job on this BTW.
2:07 the part what yall want to become longer
Very well, I guess I can do that ^_^

I thought about doing the others but so much time has passed that I'm pretty they're already uploaded by now
4:49 i love it this part to 6:06
This is the best track in the game hands down
amazing
Those Fat Dragon and Kick Boxers totally sucks to knock down first
I would have this song played in a nightclub because it fits while beating up Syndicate goons.
Imagine this being Fei Longs song in SF5!
Man imagine if Chun ali came out of nowhere with this theme. 🤣
They could have added her somewhere in the background practicing kicks

Can we petition that they add a feature where we can choose our music for the stage?
Hell yeah that will be🔥🔥🔥
So all ost versions are trash, which is something rare to see. Game rip is officially better, Noted..
SiNcereX indeed. Most of the time the ost versions of themes always dominate the game rips. Very bizarre approach indeed.
