Beautiful car and sound!! My wife has a 1989 Toyota Corolla 16v and my daughter has a 2003 Toyota 1300 Tazz 12V. I have always serviced these cars myself with my limited knowledge of servicing, but I have always used Castrol GTX 20W50. I have had the cars recently serviced by service centers, and they use other brands of oil. Our local CAR magazine said in the 90's it is preferable to keep to one brand of oil and a private mechanic said the same, but when I asked the same mag about this recently, they said the brand doesn't matter, as long as the grading (20/W50) is the same. Some garages use 10/W40 on all cars, but this causes problems on older vehicles. A (deceased) friend had his (older)Nissan sedan serviced, and it was smoking badly when he received it back. They had put 10W/40 oil in instead of 20W/50. They changed the oil to the proper grading and the smoking stopped. How do you determine the correct grade of oil and brand for your vehicles? Thanks!

How did you get the harnesses to work with the MX5 seats? I have the same seats in mine and prefer harnesses.
Also great work on the car made me realise that I need to get mine back up to scratch.
