Ryan why is the microwave in that side of the cabinets? if u open the door u cant get anything out easily, u need to change the handle opening.this is in the 2bedroom kitchen

The two bedroom lower level unit does have an ocean view, just not direct, more from the side. It is discounted for that reason, so a great deal!

HOA is usually around $1.50 per m2 and is just now getting established since new construction. The areas we represent are very safe, and this particular project is in a beautiful gated community. We count ourselves very fortunate to not have to deal with the increased regular violence that is unfortunately plaguing the US right now. We don't have school shootings, mall shootings, road rage etc. We enjoy the simple pleasures of the beach life! :)
