- Building a Pivoting Type through Shaft Swash Control System. (Swashplate funktion). Its a device that translates input via the helicopter flight controls into motion to the main rotor head and the main rotor blades.
Because the main rotor blades are spinning, this important part is used to transmit three of the pilot's commands from the non-rotating fuselage to the rotating rotor head and mainblades.

I'm a little concerned about that welded transverse rod (blade control master horn) that the pitch links are bolted to.
Those welds would be a big no no for me, you're betting your life on 2 welds.
It would be much safer if this was one piece.
I'm basing this on 26 years of maintaining commercial airliners and 35 years of building RC helicopters.
Working my way through all of these fantastic videos, not in any particular order and have enjoyed every second of it all. Nice simple format with all the glorious detail we love.

I would redesign smoother edges, without right angles tending to the expansion of fatigue cracks and I would do tests or destructive tests to detect weaknesses. You are my craft hero.

In this video i thought to not show how i make the parts because i was to lazy to record it well, in my future videos i will try to show more of how i build it... but i appreciate your constructive comment.... thanks :-)
I know there is quite a bit to do to finish this project but I'm hoping you will consider doing videos when you get there detailing the rotor testing, such as balance and tracking, any cyclic or collective vibration problems to solve. There are videos of ultralights flying like the AW95 but not videos of what problems they encountered getting there. If you are planning to teach yourself how to hover then it would be really nice to have some thoughts on your process and safe tethering of the machine. Thanks

Are all that of aluminium or iron or steel
your bearing retaining c clip is in the wrong way around the sharp face should face outwards .
How to connect pikot control bar with control axel
Not a great idea to drill though a bolt with a ball bearing race directly below, big no no.
