Mamita, next time you come to New York City and you want some bomb ass food, get yourself some Puerto Rican, Dominican or Haitian food, you can never go wrong with either! ❤ Another tip, stay away from eateries in Manhattan. New York City is expensive enough, but Manhattan's prices are ridiculous, the portions small, and overall not worth it.

You got the good snack because it was a long flight. You only get pretzels when you take the short layover flights.

Me and hubby planning to go for the 1st time, where would you recommend to stay? A lot of ppl said time square since that's where everything is and for tourist.
I did big bus in the uk. They had a night bus, too.
Get away from Times Square, next time. Go to Brooklyn or further uptown for better food, shopping and activities.

You r so lucky
$300 for an Uber from the airport to manhattan? No way. At most it's $50 for UberX. I live 2 blocks from Times Sqaure and fly frequently, always Uber to and from, never paid more than $80 for an Uber.
There were 6 people, they probably needed an UberXL or something
