Without removing rubber dam how can you place the crown ,or do cementation ? At least rubber dam must be cut in missing teeth area or , while performing cementations actually use of rubber dam is not necessary while doing it in real patients , but I guess you showed demo in typo but still it will be a wrong guidance to students , but overall everything is really good showed nice vedio , hope only that rubber dam thing expect that everything is really good appreciated
probably not a good idea. Need something that bonds to enamel good, then the composite can adhere to the adhesive/cement. just like plcaing a composite restoration need to apply adhesive before just composite or else bonding will be shit.
How long will it last?
Y no entra el hilo dental?
Se acomulan las bacterias?.
Does the preparation of the two adjoining teeth involve damaging, however slightly, their enamel surfaces please?
Yes
This is not strictly speaking a Maryland Bridge...it is a Fibre Reinforced resin bonded bridge
How long last it??
Is this permanant solution or temporary
permanent!
@@angelfirelite sure?
Why there is no labial photo?!!
What is the name of the cement? How easily can you remove the bridge?
Can it do with 3 missing front teeth?
Same here two fron missing teeth
@@larryhoover789 you can do this with top 2 missing they use the flange side tech not this one specifically
Who does this in Atlanta?
every dentist should know how to do this... but its up to the doctor to judge whether you need FPD or resin-based bridge
Very nice
What is the cons of having this?
doesn't last as long and isn't as strong as a regular bridge, near impossible to do it this way if you have a deep bit
