      To move freely without much discomfort or pain afterwards. The better your mobility, you’ll make better movements in the game for positive results

      Once you get to a certain age if you don’t warm up and cooldown after a game you’ll either pull something during or not be able to walk right for a few days after lol the older you get the more important it becomes
