On the kneeling quad stretch i get the most insanely bad hamstring crams when pulling my foot
I was really exhausted before going to sleep but this stretch helped me feel much more relaxed. Thanks for the content, Shin!

Can u do this before playing football to feel more explosive and athletic or is it only for recovery?
Probably not before playing, I recommend doing these long, static stretches after playing!!

Im no expert but maybe its the form? Maybe you don't stretch occasionally? Maybe you stretch over your limit?
