    I recently started playing again and have had lower back pain as well as stiffness in my hips and groin. These stretches have become a daily routine for me and I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel. Thank you 🙏🏻

    On the kneeling quad stretch i get the most insanely bad hamstring crams when pulling my foot

    Can u do this before playing football to feel more explosive and athletic or is it only for recovery?

      Probably not before playing, I recommend doing these long, static stretches after playing!!

    Hello I used to do karate and I was flexible but when I stop doing it my legs become so tight but my hips are still flexible like they used to be 😅

    Do u know why I’m soo stiff while still doing those stretches especially for the seated split I can’t even do a normal split I feel my quads and hamstrings help me fix this please

      Im no expert but maybe its the form? Maybe you don't stretch occasionally? Maybe you stretch over your limit?
