This doesn't even make sense to me what that country is thinking
I tried this sandwich few weeks back,it looked so good and the whole idea the bread being toasted with fresh veggies sounded good. I liked it the first time, ordered it the second time n ate a lot of it and guess what never ordering it again. Why?! I could make this sandwich myself using my own hands n eat it. But somebody in a restaurant making it for you, i bet they didn’t wear gloves while making it. Then the veggies, how well did they wash it before putting it into the grill must be laid with germs. The sandwich looks n sounds good but theres always a doubt on the hygiene and cleanliness of the preparation and the ingredients and how they handled it with their bare hands.

I got an enormous medical bill for 495.000 us dollars. Buy trip insurance!!!
you are brave to eat street food, i avoid these whenever i go to india. it's not only unhygienic food prep but also flies that carry many diseases, also the water they wash the foods vegetables which comes straight from the faucet or worse the wells. if you want to eat good food go to well established restaurant that has hygienic standards and uses bottled water. however fried street food is ok provided you use your own plates and utensils. ( yes, they wash their plates and spoons in the same bucket of water they washed plates and spoons 50 times before.)
It also happen to me. I was in new delhi. I was 10 days sick. Including first 4 days i could not eat nothing. I refused to go hospital because even in my country its bad so i thought it will not be better. So i wait. It did not get better so i had luck and with help found a tibetan clinic that was the best ever, the best place i could be. The medicine really worked. I lost a lot in that time. I guess i was already weak also before i get sick. I would be vomitating and diarreia. God knows how i could be alone that 4 days and made it. I only drink water. Did try eating but all went out. I think problem is not higiene. Problem is temperature that creates bateries. Also can be food be more time that it should be. I didnt even know what i eat that did bad to me. I didnt even eat street food, so...but even so its bateria problem. They also have problem with electricy and then they dont have things fresh. I dont know. I know was horrible but even so i didnt went hospital. Because i didnt want my experience to be worst. I already have from my own country bad experience of hospital. I just wish i had tibetan medicine also here. For those who are passing bad i recomend this clinics are called Men Tse Khang. Much better that western medicine.
You didn't get a private hospital in New Delhi ? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Even 6 years back when my family was financially unstable or on the verge of poverty ? We managed to get a extremely clean , air conditioned, double patient room with a personal heater and a TV for my mom's operation. All for a week and the total cost was around ₹90,000. Why do you always look amazing, even near death? lol. Cheers!
WHAT?? They take the sandwich with their hands after probably not washing them in the toilet?? No please nooo 🤢
That's terrible that they have free health care for foreigners - they should get travellers insurance on their own expense
The Indian government should first provide half ass decent health care for its billions of ppl instead of free health care for foreigners.
Fresh veggies in india? Lmao gtfo of here
I just came across your channel and im not surprised you’re sick and i cant believe you eat in any of these places you travel to.
How do u even get sleep in that room with so many people
Are you sure it was an Hospital? Might have been a small nursing Home or a dispensary.
Im so sorry you had to go through this.
great videos bro, thnx a bunch
Omg! When I got to India (Delhi) I had a bad anxiety! All I could think of was, where is the hospital lol
I love India, and I love watching your videos! I know there are travelers who take donations from their sites! You should have some kind of donation set up. I'll gladly give! Can't wait for your next video!
Hi there! Yes, India is definitely a place that can give you the odd bit of anxiety haha. Thank you for your support! I am considering creating a Patreon for crowd funding. I just need to think it through a bit more, it is a different concept for me but I am slowly getting my head around the whole thing and starting to understand it. Thank you for encouraging me! Your support is very much appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed. P.S. Just uploaded a new video!

Let me know your thoughts! Nick :)
Just crazy to eat street food in India...that's like travelling 101.
Sorry to know this, but the very same happened to me two times in my numerous travelings to Mumbai back in 1995. One time a severe food poison and the other was of a sudden very shocking event that happened to me. At one time the hotel worker had to accompany me to the hospital and the second time the autorickshaw driver took me to a different hospital. Both times they gave me a vaccination and immediately I came back healthy and kicking, with absolutely no such problems that you mentioned.
I love your videos. That said, your India ones made me 100% certain that I’d never visit that country. 😂
That stingy man ate shit, lived in cheap n dirty places where even an average Indian wouldn't live and people like u are judging a country on basis of it. Very wise!
Thanks!😂 if you cant figure out that you should be eating in hygeinic places, then please dont visit lmao.
If you want to visit places and eat food that a normal middle class Indian won’t do, don’t come.
Please don’t come here. Stay away from our motherland.
Nobody invited you here and nobody cares whether you come or not..
Western snobbery.....
I really like your Channel.. Good Luck and best wishes from India..
I know it’s what you do and part of your vlogs and experiences is learning about many countries, but India is just so mucky and unhygienic. I am surprised you haven’t had more incidents during your travel experiences. Glad you survived to tell the tale.
I want to know what you were charged for the hospital visit.
Nick, I think you definitely ingested some of the sandwich seller's poop with that sandwich.
You’ve got guts, dude...I guess, literally and figuratively...
Hey, what’s behind the Green Door???
dude so much horns in the background
Makes me appreciate America.
Larry Wheels Sir I am an Indian living in America. I mean America is definitely way better in terms of cleanliness and hygiene but these guys uses $5 hotel rooms and 20 cents breakfasts in India, what quality can we expect in that price!

Pretty sure you're in the New Vasantashram opposite the Police Commissioners compound. A really nice place. Indian businessmen and students.
A piece of old Bombay. Lady owner is quite trendy, hence the distressed paintwork.
A beautiful part of town. Much more interesting than Colaba. Glad you went there.

Government hospitals in South Africa also don't have much especially the emergency ward
2 of my friends had the same issue ... they ate at a vegetarian indian in estern ukraine and they both were admitted to the hospital after they couldnt stop vomiting for almost a day .
I ate street food in istanbul and got sick for 2 weeks. I couldnt believe I had stomach problems for so long!
I wish ud say the nieghbourhoods ur in,Colaba?vt?Fort?
Hepatitis is a huge problem, not a good idea to use utensils at road side stalls as they are washed (if ever) in contaminated tap water. Much of the population suffers from hepatitis also and use the same utensils. Make sure you take your travel shots before going.
They only got one blanket in the whole hospital. LOL
Adrian 新西兰Vlog and who knows where that blanket was before? Maybe on a corps.
My travel plans to India ended right know.🤢🤒😷

OMG all the noise.
Some people still don't get the importance of hand washing or disposable gloves. Although wearing gloves we saw a cook behind counter in central America handle raw chicken then goes over and use same glove handle raw veg.
Dude don't choose too cheap lodges and clinics at least next time while you go India. I could understand from d room u filming this video how cheap lodge it is. So I could assume d standard of health clinic u had been 😃 .
People think India is such shitty country, maybe it is ,but that's what we got, with population above 130billion and 1/3rd of size of America, yeah with oppressive 200 years rule by Britain, yeah it's bad,but I am from India and I am proud of it,I mean we make the best of it with what we got
That door behind you... America people pay a fortune to make furniture or doors or whatever look like that door. That’s the look they’re going for, right behind you. Cool & it is very pretty. Glad you’re better!!!
I always take a probiotic when travelling it helps your stomach digest the best!!
My brother from another mother, always ask questions, or do not allow for the procedure until your well aware of what it is, It's your body your life bro, don't let people experiment with your mind or body, look after yourself
Dont go back man. We want u to stay alive
Yep One shouldn't Visit Vietnam as well, if somebody wants to stay alive.
U havnt tried Gnrc hospital or hayat hospital ... i thnk u cnt affort it
yeah....I got malaria while in Hyderabad in the '80's..I got taken to an Indian hospital. I barely remember it, I passed out. When I woke up and got my bearings I had passed out in the lap of an elderly Indian man, who was clothed only in a loin cloth. I looked about and saw several hundred people crammed into the room, we were all on dirty rubber mats. I was finally taken to see a private physician..but yeah, the hospitals over there..not so much..
Just the public ones. The private ones cost a lot but are worth it.
You took in a needle injection in India ..... !?!!?

Free health care for foreigners but the poor Indian families with kids must pay is not fair
Omg the PM edit XD
I been to hospital in Thai 3x,good.India never but Iv been terribly ill in my room.
spent one month in India and never got sick, never ate any kind of salads,, and never went to places that looked empty or too dirty. You have to be very careful when you eat street food in India, everyone knows that
Sorry to hear man, hope you're on the mend now!
Cheers Dan! All good now :) Your vlogmas looks like it's going well so far. Good on you.
that may be a govt.hospital
there was unboiled water in the ingredients he used. mixing unboiled water with other food that has water too will create upset stomach. always remember water should be boiled in the food you eat, so bacteria is killed off
I don't even eat street food in Canada...
Why didn't you go to a private hospital, there are many.yes there are people who cannot afford private medicines and treatments they would have to go to these government hospitals which offer free treatment.
you'd think that after honking for the hundredth time people would figure out that it isn't going to make anything move faster.
That's not why they're honking.
Passed out of food poisoning and after days being sick in at least 4 countries ...never went to an hospital for that, you should carry a med kit ;)
Real Salica How did you get well by yourself, if I can ask? I had food poisoning during my past trip and as soon as I attempted to eat or even drink water I would vomit. The result was that I was forced to go to a clinic because I was about to pass out.
Real Salica yes, I did that... emptied everything and then tried to stay hydrated and eat simple things as crackers, but I would vomit each time. XD I guess my food poisoning was very bad xD
We also avoid eating much of street food. Eating too much of it will cause stomach pain
over eating of anything will definitely make anyone sick. lesson learned, do everything in moderation.
OMG... you are so lucky and we are so lucky to get to hear about it - not that we want to hear about this scary stuff - be super careful young man.
Yeah Chantip, very lucky. I know what you mean, cheers :)
Eating the food is one thing but letting them Inject me...god no! Take a bite of the food don’t eat it all when it’s that unclean. I love your videos and I hope you feel better soon!
Didnt know what i wanted for my birthday before watching this....hmmm
also use Apps like Uber, Ola and Jugnoo to book cabs and Autos so that u don't get ripped off. Available in most of the cities in India.
I use and talk about Uber etc. in my first Goa video. Thanks for the tips though mate :)
Fuck horns just going 24/7 haha
I love street food but India is the only country I went to that did not even consider eating street food-too scared. 😩
I got super sick in Cuba myself. I was so sick after eating at a restaurant I ended up in the hospital with bloody diarrea. The hospital was so disgusting!! I have never seen such a gross hospital in my life!!! The hospital had no medicine or electricity to treat me. I was flown to Barbados in a helicopter for treatment. I had E coli. I got an enormous medical bill for 495.000 us dollars. Buy trip insurance!!!
The Private Hospitals in India, are World Class: avoid Public ones at all costs!
No thanks!!! government or private I trust none with my health 🤢
you are brave to eat street food, i avoid these whenever i go to india. it's not only unhygienic food prep but also flies that carry many diseases, also the water they wash the foods vegetables which comes straight from the faucet or worse the wells. if you want to eat good food go to well established restaurant that has hygienic standards and uses bottled water. however fried street food is ok provided you use your own plates and utensils.
Even 6 years back when my family was financially unstable or on the verge of poverty ?
We managed to get a extremely clean , air conditioned, double patient room with a personal heater and a TV for my mom's operation.
All for a week and the total cost was around ₹90,000.
At that time it would be equal to USD 1350.
I'm pretty sure 10 -20 dollars would have been more than enough for minor health issues.
So you were sick and send to hospital also....Ohh...so worng was happen with you. Stay Safe all time....
Charcoal capsules can be a lifesaver.
