I actually agree with a lot of the underlying principles he preaches. If you strip away the bravado - most of what he says is based on logic and fact. I think the term “alpha male” is a little bit cringe and a lot of the people preaching it aren’t actually living their life that way 🤷🏻♀️
100% I slip into it every day most of the time 🤣 I focus more on reducing the time it takes me to re-focus after procrastinating rather than eliminating it entirely
