DUDEE I had no idea you were younger than me! only by two months, but it just goes to show there is no timeline for being human and living your life according to you and no one else. I say this because I'm currently still in college, not married yet, and don't plan on babies anytime in the near future haha. They called me “The Heat” when I worked in an office because of how often I would reheat my drinks and I’ll tell you what finally made me drink faster; My dentist said that the slower you drink the more you’re just micro dosing your teeth with acid. So even if you’re a one coffee/tea/juice person a day, if you drink it slowly or forget and sip it then, doesn’t matter how well you clean them, you’re doing more damage to your teeth than someone who drinks 2L of coke a day!! It spooked me into drinking faster because I want my teeth as long as possible. Thanks to dr.K for that one

Also maybe you have already discovered this bit of heaven on earth but pregnancy + hanging in the deep end of a pool on a pool noodle = heavenly! It was the closest bit of relief that could be captured after the halfway mark.

My pelvis was so crazy during my fourth pregnancy. I had to see a chiropractor nearly weekly in order to stay out of pain during walking. It helped SO MUCH!

Happy b-day!! I'm curious about what the pelvic floor specialist will tell you. I was doing PT for my pelvic floor, but what you have seems to be more of pubic sythysis disfunction (PSD), which PT for pelvic floor actually made the PSD pain worse for me, so I'm curious if they will be able to tell you something helpful. Also pushing things (carts strollers full of kids) is actually one the movements to avoid with PSD, so no shame in asking Keiran for help with shopping (just remembering your previous mental update video.)
I also had a covid birthday last year 😩 i just had my birthday yesterday (the 10th) and my family was sooooo sweet and really made up for it. happy birthday sarah!

We have the same birthday! I didn't know. April 2, yes? Just turned 30 and I'm 29 weeks pregnant with my third. I got rid of all of my stuff after my 2nd because I thought we were done. I just watched your "What I'm not buying" video and I'm looking forward to your list of must have items. I am actually going out today to pick out some crucial items. I can't wait to see what you decide on for a side bassinet sleeper. I have a very high king bed and I'm trying to find one that gets high enough but can fold up so I can take baby camping with it.
