- A popular trend in fragcomm is to create '10 FRAGRANCES I WOULD KEEP FOR LIFE' videos. But would we REALLY keep them for life? Sure, at that moment in time they would be the ones we choose but our taste in fragrances evolves and changes. I revisited a video from five years ago to see how many fragrances would still be in my 'for life' list - spoiler - not all of them!

Le Male has never left my top 10. I have all the flankers and still the OG is my favourite.
My fragrance journey began in 2016 and since then I've put my nose on over 500 frags. I believe you need to invest a number of years to develop your taste and understanding of frags. In my early days paco rabanne Invictus was top of my list but it won't be in my top 30 today.
I totally agree, for me its , citrics, ambroxan, benzoin or vanilla that gets me interested

Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau Extreme one of the finest smelling designers ever created...and the secret is in the sillage, not nose to skin 🤌
It's great, and I have it, but it's not even my favorite in the line. To me Allure Homme Edition Blanche wins out.

I currently only have five fragrances that I 100% know for sure I want in my collection forever: Naxos, Jubilation XXV, Dior Homme Parfum, BDC Parfum and Nio. At 54 years of age, chances are very likely that every fragrance I have in a 50ml or more of right now will last me a lifetime, but it's still fun to play along 🙂
Jubilation XXV still blows me away. Something that I'll keep in my collection forever.

They changed Naxos😭 Still nice , but it goes in a slightly different direction and doesn't have the strength it once had in the air.
I've got about 10 bottles and smelled over 70 fragrances, plenty of them niche. Only 2 are I would consider for life which are Spicebomb Extreme and ADG Profumo.
Same for me. I've smelled countless niche and designer. Own about 14 bottles and any ADG flanker is a must for life, same with Armani Code edt
Azzaro the most wanted intense, it's the fragrance for life. Fragrance that is so magnetic to complements, it's weird when you don't get one. Can wear it all year at night, very versatile with great longevity. It's strange for me that this fragrance doesn't get the attention it deserves, especially in fragrance community. It's complete steal for the prize even without any sales. Definition of a 10/10 sent.

Love your videos 😍 especially the ones with Aaron hughes , Chanel homme eau extreme is just superb I love the mint and the freshness was the bottle I took on my last holiday to Spain . Recently just bought spice bomb extreme ,Dior homme intense edp and tom fords noir extreme and I love them all , especially Dior homme as it's so unique . I got perfum de Marley Layton a while back and ive grown to kove it as well that vanilla is just super smooth ,saving up for oujan and creed Irish tweed which I think smell unreal . Received my bottle of addiction from Aaron a few days and also loving that was spraying everyone in our office today with it 😂 love smelling new scents and watching your videos ,keep them coming . Oh and I have two boys 10 and 12 I always ask them for feedback as they are honest , my youngest loves dylan blue , he's called Dylan 😂 maybe something to do with it

Funny. I've smelled D&G the one Edp recently and wasn't as excited about it anymore. Over the year's I've ventured into the niche world quite a bit. It smelled kind of thin if that makes sense. The one Edp used to be my jam ...
For now DHP is my number 1 . Sauvage elixir close 2nd. I have multiple DHP backup bottles to never run out of it.

I smelled allure sport and the extreme version and I felt the normal one was a lot better.. definitely more citrus

I'm getting back into Bleu de Chanel EDP. I have a decent collection including niche although few if any are as good dumb reach all season all occasion options.
That's a great frag, but BDC Parfum is the crown jewel of the line, IMO. Just a whole new level.
Root Beer tastes like Germoline smells.. Its an aquired taste and nothing like Dandelion & Burdock, which is more liquorice flavour.
Love you channel! What's your verdict on Givenchy Faux Semblance? It reminds me a little of Escada Magnetism, a scent I wish I still owned.

I have a feeling Dior sauvage elixir will get discontinued at some point like DH Parfum. Its loved by most people at the moment but will it pass the test of time and become a legend? I have my doubts
DHP is only not available in North America. It's still going strong in Europe. The bastages just took it away from us.

D&G The One smells like "cologne", not aftershave like. But the DNA has been replicated and used so much, it's sort of doesn't do anything spectacular. Just smells "solid but boring"

Guys ive tried allure homme sport edt/ extreme like 3 or 4 times, and i absolutely hate it. I dont understand what is it that i dont like so much and is it really loved by everyone?
i also wanted it of my skin when i first time tried it and the next 2,3 times cause i didnt understand why people love this...but 3 years later is my favourite fragrance in collection over 120 fragrances haha

Picked up Armani code profumo from ebay for $90 110ml according to seller description. Received today and I checked for authentication. Lmao. Box said 100ml and bottles sticker states 60ml. Contacted seller with pics. Told him thanks for selling fake. He knew it's was fake. He refunded my money right away without saying anything. Either way I was gona file chargeback with AMEX.
You have to only buy from sellers with good reputations.

There’s something about Spicebomb Extreme that always makes me feel nauseous when I wear it. I enjoy the smell but it just doesn’t sit well. Thankfully I only have a decant and not a full bottle.

1. Never really cared about any invictus line fragrance since they are very sweet and bubblegummy, not my cup of tea, would go for kenzo edp
2. Never had spicebomb extreme, its big yes for me but personally i do like new spicebomb infrared edp over it
3.code profumo is a strong headache inducer unfortunately😢 i would choose gucci intense oud over it
4. Pure havane maybe best of this list, too bad its discontinued
5. Chanel allure eau extrmee is great but i prefer allure blanche
6.was a big fan of la nuit de l homme line but unfortunately they all been reformulated and perform dreadfully, i would go with brioni edp intense
7. D&G as a company are slowly sinking and cant keep the pace with other designer companies, as well in clothes. They far from those best designers. Would chose guerlain l homme ideal edp over it
8.JPG does not have top notch release since fleur du male. I would choose gucci guilty elixir, it shares that le male dna but way superior
9. I prefer dior homme intense as well over parfum
10. Definetly sauvage elixir, i do not care about sauvage line, really not for me, but the elixir is omg❤. Have really not any similarities with sauvage line, to me it smells like older brother of PDM sedley. Modern aromatic fougere with beast performance
