Excellent lighting and video! Your patience to hand hold the viewer and walk us through each individual detailed step is phenomenal! It’s very easy to get frustrated as a viewer trying something new and trying to figure out what you’re doing. Great job 👍 I will continue to look for more of your presentations. Thank you so much!
Thanks I really appreciate the attention to detail on this one and thankfully I already knew how to do the diamond knot because that one is a pain in the butt if you don't know
A couple of hints from my personal experience with this project. Those who are used to weave with strictly tied knots should add a proportional lenght of cord. I started my first attempt with this bracelet with 366 cm (12 ft) lenght for my 8.5 flat lenght of the bracelet and I could not complete the job as designed. I estimate I should have taken a 16 ft lenght. The second hint is to avoid to reproduce this project if you do not have a jig with three nails or screws placed as shown in this video. This is essential to keep the long loops of the left and right cords as much of the same lenght as possibile, otherwise to close the end of the bracelet becomes a mess. 😁
can i make with this also a pouch style ? like for a flashlight ? when i put a buckle at one end and stitch a bucket into the bracelet ? with any technique to stitch the sides together
Hey, love the video btw. Is it possible to make the trilobite bracelet in a closed loop style, because I’m trying to attach it to my camera as a wrist strap. It would be great if you could get back to me quick, thanks 🙏
Dang thatis super easy and really cool to make. I make these now. I ordered 5 x 10meter parachord for 1 cent each on aliexpress as a new customer deal. Cost of 5 cents in all. Mad max bracelets rock.
If you have a 7 inch wrist size, how much paracord would you need? Since he had his jig set to 6 inches and needed 11 feet, i'm thinking I need 12-14 feet. Help plz.
Thanks for tutorial, I like Mad Max style bracelet's endings. Your jig device seems very helpful because I tried to tie without it and swore a lot :P But I've done it! :)
I've done a couple of tutorials that can be used for a Mad MaX camera strap: ruclips.net/video/pJpZNb6KE6c/видео.html ruclips.net/video/4ZokaJdl8No/видео.html

Just add a 2nd color for the base. And the 1st color gos around the base color. The first color just wrap around the nails and tie off. Then just start with the other color doing the wrap of trilobite. Thats how i did mine, it only has a 2nd color as a something for then 1st color to wrap around.
I would LOVE to see this bracelet with this buckle knot. The issue with these diamond knots and others like it... they cause it to feel uncomfortable when laying your wrist down on a computer desk. The buckle used in this bracelet video is genius: ruclips.net/video/q5HjxCEy1ts/видео.html Would LOVE to see this bracelet with that buckle.
@@charles-davidcorbin3341 I found it almost bang on for my wrist. I origianlly used 300cm when I seen another tutorial and came up just short so the extra 30-35cms here would have been perfect.
My favorite pattern so far. Could you please introduce a yellow and blue variation? These are the colors of the Ukrainian flag. Many paracordists and DIY lovers around the world are looking for creative ways to raise awareness about the situation in Ukraine and also raise donations to support Ukrainians in besieged cities. If you step up and support Ukrainian people in the best way you can, your loyal followers around the world will do the same. Ukraine will not stand alone. This way we'll be one step closer to ending this war.
@@TheWeaversofEternity oh no kidding dude... I don't have any. I joked about your bracelet, but I've just made 2 in row. So I'm right here with you man. I have your video downloaded but I didn't feel like looking for it. Instead I just looked you back up here. I do enjoy making Paracord bracelets. I just got a cheap jig from Temu 2 days ago. So instead of the crummy old board I was using now I have one similar to yours. Got fresh Paracord to go with it. Made a trilobite just like you made here and one with a buckle. I've made trilobites before with you but I forgot the weave particulars.

Juli lo il lo de
Fascinating !
It was quite therapeutic once I'd got the hang of the knots.
I've found the same sense of peace whilst weaving too.
Sometimes the simplest of tasks can yeild the greatest rewards!
total length of paracord for 8 1/2 inch wrist was 15 feet with just a little extra on each end
Toxic Synn wish I would have read this first because 11ft was way too short!
how much for 6inch wrist size?
Gaurav Uniyal 11 feet. If you look at his jig as he sets it up he says 11 feet and his measurement on the bottom is pegged at 6inches.
Little extra for the diamond knot
Excellent tutorial.
Clear, concise and pointers throughout the video.
Good job!
;-)
This looks like it may make a good belt. I will have to give it a shot.
ciao, buongiorno, saluti dall'Ecuador, quanta corda è necessaria per fare un braccialetto per un polso magro?
Hey Tim can you do a tutorial of this using a double cows hitch 4 strand core?

Any chance you could do this tutorial with two colors? I'd like to do a two color trilobite with loop and knot closure.
Hey nice video, may i ask. What diameter is the Paracord you used in the video ? 2mm, 3mm or 4mm?
Is this quick deploy? Apologies if this has already been asked. Very good work!
Cut the knot and pull the two inner strings. Takes around 30 seconds to one minute... but it is one(!) long piece. Very practically.
Thank you mate
Can you do the wide diamond knot like in here?
I need thee size of wrist 20 sm, how much paracorde should I take??
Can this be modified for a watch band?

Yes, just divide the cord in half and use two colors melted together instead of one.
Awesome thanks
