Wonderful! Another life milestone out of the bucket. Amazing the physical changes in you two since "the incident" and now. Many more smiles, air of confidence and excitement, happiness has returned. Go live your dreams!
Woohooo! The excitement and sense of accomplishment are both palpable. Love the aerial shots of the boat in that gorgeous water…a still shot of that is definitely suitable for framing (or, better yet, turn it into a big mural). I was laughing out loud at Ollie’s personal shade tent …the towels, the clamps, the fan blowing in his face - all exactly the same set-up we’ve done for Bailey to try to keep him happy. 💕 😂
Awesome views and the drone pics were incredible. Glad you achieved a dream. Awesome trip. Be safe as always, smooth water (no big rollers) and be well my friends.
It seems as though the word "Epic" has been used so often that it has lost its meaning. This It Truly Epic!! Talk about a Bucket List Check Off!! I'm so very proud and happy for you. You and your channel have been both uplifting and inspiring. I had a smile on my face the whole way through. Congratulations and Well Done!
VICTORY, ohh sweet victory!! All the running and chasing, all the prep work, all the energy, all of the blood sweat and tears!! You not only chased your dream you hunted it down and captured it! Savor every moment and I hope your victory was as sweet as you had dreamt it too be.
It's been about 25 years, but I have vivid memories of cruising the out islands aboard your dear friends magnificent sail boat the thrill of pulling into uninhibited coves dropping anchor in 25 ft. Of water looking down at the anchor and saying yup looks good right there never had I seen before of after such crystal clear waters.
David, I agree! That feeling is unmatched. The water is absolutely incredible! Seeing marine life right under your boat was something I will never forget! Thank you for your support through this journey :)
Wow! The colors of that water from your drone video above Andromeda! So beautiful and you can sense the feeling of accomplishment in your music and story! You did it! Yay!!!!
Congratulations! I have very fond memories of visiting the Bahamas back in '86, thanks to the U.S. Navy. Doing it your way, though, is an absolute dream come true - one I can only imagine. Thank you for taking me along on your adventure.
Congratulations to both of you for having fulfilled a dream desired for so long. You look happy and that is the most important thing in life. Perfect cruise on a dream boat. I wish you a happy stay in the Bahamas and that you enjoy it very much.
I am so happy for you guys! I was there one time in myself. I absolutely loved it and the water is just absolutely unforgettable! Congratulations! Have a wonderfully good time!
So great to see you guys made it !!! My dad had a 49 ft SeaRay in the early 2000’s . He made the Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee loop several times !!! Always talked about doing the Great Loop until mom got sick !!! So this has been a thrill to watch . And my dad plans on starting at the beginning and watching it all the way through as well!!!
So pleased for you guys making it to the Bahamas and it looks like the Gulf Stream didn't treat you too bad. Now that you've gotten your first taste of Island time and probably some conch fritters, are you ever gonna wanna leave the Bahamas? I know how I felt the first time. Those smiles on the ride to C&I and hoisting the courtesy flag said it all! 👍👍
Thank you Dr. John! You are right, now that we have been there......we just want to go back lol. It was incredible! Thank you for your continued support! :)
Great video! Congratulations on completing your goal. Love "Bahamas trip with the side trip the Great Loop!" Funny! We're looking forward to the Bahamas, but also Canada and the Great Lakes. Can't wait to see some more ❤
Thank you so much! Glad you saw the humor in that statement lol. The Bahamas was absolutely magical! Safe travels to you guys! We hope to meet you out there :)
Congratulations on a dream come true. It’s also wonderful that with all the work that was done on the boat it appears to be running great. I spent a lot of time on Andros Island testing when I was still working.
🎉 congratulations what a fabulous video crossing into the Bahamas. So happy for you guys some thing that I would love to do. Hope I can one of these days you’re making me really think of putting it all together and making it happen like you did happy for you. Stay safe and stay well.
Thank you so much Fred! Even with all the bumps, we would both do it again in a minute! So much growth and learning about EVERYTHING! You got this! :) Thank you for joining us!
A great video of a fine achievement by you guys, in my Australian Navy career I know the pressure of planning and executing everything that gets you through the open sea to your destination ,it gets easier each voyage but take time to pat yourselves on the back cheers 😊
Thank you so much Jeffrey! It feels so different traveling on your own boat with nothing to rely on but each other. Makes the victories much sweeter :)
We wanted to do more fishing, but we really didn't. The first time we tried....we found out we were in a prohibited fishing area lol. Luckily we never caught anything and learned our lesson :)
Thank you so much! We actually crossed our wake June 1st! (Spoiler alert lol) Trying to adjust to "normal" again.....but starting to plan our next move :) Now that we achieved this, it just opened a lot of doors to new possibilities :)
We have two, 250 gallon fuel tanks I believe. The faster we go, the more we need to fuel. Slower speeds are much smarter lol....but sometimes you just gotta go! lol
Congratulations to both of you! Hard work and good fortune happens to good people!
Thank you so much William! We really appreciate your kind words of support :)
What a nice dream to come true. Keep dreaming…..❤
Thank you Mike! It was even better than we could have imagined! Thank you for joining us! :)

YES! Thank you so much! Ollie was a trooper! The bridge got so hot! But the hoopty shade tent worked magic :)

Thank you James! We appreciate your support! :)
Such a high end marina and they provided no help docking! I’d be pissed.
It was a little tricky for sure! My lassoing skills aren't there yet lol! But we made it! (Whew) :)
A great video of a fine achievement by you guys, in my Australian Navy career I know the pressure of planning and executing everything that gets you through the open sea to your destination ,it gets easier each voyage but take time to pat yourselves on the back cheers 😊

Thank you Andy! YES! It was Mermaid Monster next to us. We watch them too lol! They were so nice :)

They sure made you work for that slip. Hope the wind wasn't too much.
YES!!!! My lassoing skills are not there yet lol! But we did it :)
Ever tried to throw a line in to troll? Be interesting to see what you could catch.
We wanted to do more fishing, but we really didn't. The first time we tried....we found out we were in a prohibited fishing area lol. Luckily we never caught anything and learned our lesson :)
I would imagine kicking up a wave and cutting at Path in that boat isnt Miles per gallon Its Gallons Per Mile LOL ...
YES! The fuel burn is NOT pretty lol......But....sometimes you just gotta GO! :) Thank you for joining us!
This is another fine video. Thank you for sharing your experiences. How come NEBO shows you in Ludington? I am trying to understand this.
Thank you so much! We actually crossed our wake June 1st! (Spoiler alert lol) Trying to adjust to "normal" again.....but starting to plan our next move :) Now that we achieved this, it just opened a lot of doors to new possibilities :)
How big is the fuel tank on Andromeda and how far can you travel before refuelling?
We have two, 250 gallon fuel tanks I believe. The faster we go, the more we need to fuel. Slower speeds are much smarter lol....but sometimes you just gotta go! lol
“Key”, not “cay”
They are the same thing, but, thanks to early Spanish explorers, the Caribbean islands prefer to use cay. Here in the U.S. we still use the term key.
Having spent a great deal of time in the Caribbean I have always heard the locals say key. Newbies are picked out the minute you hear them say cay.
Yes! It was pretty confusing :)
It was pretty confusing! We wanted to get it right, but we heard them both lol
Thank you, it was very confusing! We wanted to get it right, but we kept hearing it both ways lol
Awesome. Thanks for the ride along.
👍👍👏👏🇺🇲
So happy your here! Thank you for joining us :)
