Thats called an eating disorder. Don't hurt your body :( You can still eat, just not processed. Try organic whole foods, only drink water, stay away from salt because it bloats, and do strength training instead of cardio. Oh and plenty of fiber and protein :)
Being skinny fat really bothers me. People think that I look slender but I don't want to take off my shirt because of what was beneath, this has been something I've been dealing with for years I've tried to get rid of the fat but it just doesn't work

Brookie18Cookie Not exactly, I don’t count my calories. I just don’t eat junk and replace my binge eating with fruit and vegetables that I like. I been doing that for a month. I didn’t exercise in that month and I lost 3 inches on my waist line. After that month I had no interest in eating junk food. I lost my appetite for it. So now I’m combining it with exercise. And honestly I feel stronger and healthier.
You don't have to be super muscular, just aim for being toned.

biggie2335 Basically, it's just what the name implies, the natural limit of how much muscle you can pack on, as defined by genetics, testosterone levels, ect. For example your average Slav or Northern European will be able to pack on more muscle than your average Asian.
Of course the limit can change based on what you do, if you take vitamin D supplements, those raise your testosterone level and therefore increase your limit.

OMG. This is exactly what happened to me. I went from 184 lbs to 143 lbs doing steady state cardio and dieting. My belly somehow still looked like a blob, even though everyone around me kept telling me I look anorexic and were asking me to stop. I just couldn't make sense of it! I got depressed and gained all the weight back but now I think I'm going to try something different. Thanks.

Rose_Peddles I’ve tried her 2 week abs only and it made me a little stronger but I switched to blogilates bc I sweat so much during hers. Chloes were kind of easy for me ngl but I’m thinking about doing all 4 videos instead of just the one
Blue Clay Crafts But have you tried her program? Doing one video won’t give you fast results unless you do like three or four of her videos. Especially if you do 2 week abs routine and pair it with standing abs and lower abs routine. But you can do whatever you want. It’s your body :)

I feel the disappointment... i went through this. Lift heavy weights (yes, even for the ladies), bump your protein (0.6-1g/lb/day) and remain in a calorie deficit (use a phone app)...be consistent (1-3 months, depending on where you are at) & you'll flip your body composition around. I did calisthenics, the basic moves first, completing in strict form push ups, chin ups, pull ups, dips, leg raises and i still do those excercises with aditional like L sit, tucked planche, etc, once you know the stuff you are doing and see results it is so motivating to keep going, join barstarzz on facebook for motivation, watch calisthenicmovement, fitnessfaq and marcus bondi on youtube, great channel to feed you with lots of info about excercise, and you have to eat well too, natural foods, you can do it! good luck!

Ugh, another Skinny-Fat "theory." Take it from someone on the journey. If you focus just on resistance training you have to EAT to build that muscle. I know this because if you JUST focus on resistance training without fixing your nutrition you'll build very little muscle (and probably not lose any fat either - or just a little). The result is more muscle (yes!), but also more fat. After three months of taking the advice in this video my body fat percentage actually went UP by 1.2 percentage. Yes, my pecks were showing and my biceps and triceps were popping, but my gut and lower back were still in the same old "skinny-fat" zone.
So here is the ACTUAL solution - and by the way, NOT THEORY like all of these RUclips videos.
1. Yes, focus on resistance training. As a newbie (and all Skinny Fat people are new at resistance training), you WILL build muscle for sure 100%. Which means that if you go on a caloric deficit you will not lose muscle like everyone else who normally bulk and cut. (That's where the theory in this video goes wrong. It applies the cutting phase of regular gym rats to the skinny-fat person.)
2. Enter a caloric deficit. You want to make sure that you're trimming fat off your body WHILE you do resistance training. This is a really important step. With you caloric deficit and by burning calories through resistance training, but also tearing muscle fibres that have never been torn (i.e. "newbie gains"), you'll be able to cut fat while gaining muscle.
3. Get your macros in check. For this strategy to work you MUST eat a high protein diet. Keep your carbs in check and keep your fats low. Make sure to have your carbs earlier in the day and/or around your workouts to provide the energy and glycogen your muscles need to grow.
4. When you reach your goal - which I recommend, is a body fat goal - then you need to play around with your diet to grow muscle without putting that fat back on. If your goal is to get your body fat % down to 15%-17% then once you reach it increase your carbs until you stop losing weight. After you find that, increase your calories slightly (maybe by 250 calories/day above your base). If you continue resistance training you should be able to grow muscle without adding fat. You'll watch the scale slowly climb which is what you want. You'll have to increase your calories as you increase your weight to sustain that muscle growth. Makes sure to continue to eat clean.

disagree. You were eating at a caloric surplus, all you need to do is eat at maintenance so that you're maintaining your weight, but building muscle and burning fat. Keep doing this for a prolonged period of time and you will lean out and make for gains than going in a caloric deficit where you will plateau quicker

dude.. I don't know what you are mad about. You are on the right track bro. You are supposed to bulk first, and then once you have enough muscle mass, you can switch to a "cut" diet and exercise program (Most people don't do cardio when they bulk, but add 20 minutes cardio at the end of their workout when they cut.
Just know that you will lose muscle when you cut. But if you continue lifting while cutting, you will lose very little muscle but A LOT of fat. And that's how it actually works

Wow this definitely confirms what I found out and have been doing for 6 months. I hated the fact that I was skinny and had no curves and my stomach and legs were flabby even though I have a thin frame. I started strength training focusing on my upper body and progressing to my lower body and have seen incredible changes in my body. I have more tone and my stomach's surprisingly been shrinking. It doesn't make sense for already skinny people to attempt to lost weight what is needed is bulking. And thanks to eating at a surplus I am able to build muscle and a little bit of fat but in a good way because it gives me a fuller figure.

Experiencing this issue first-hand and having done a lot of research, this is a good video on the topic. There is more to be said about the topic, but this is a short video. I am still going to cut more fat before I really start building muscle, though. I put quite a lot on overtime without realising how much of it was fat. This was after losing a ton of weight, going from obese to very skinny.

Miner Track Or you can consider watching Cloe Ting (Her workouts have nothing to do with weights ). Her workout videos can get you a flat stomach and if you a six pack. You can literally look up people doing her workouts and they get amazing results. I highly recommend 👍
@@guadalupeaguilera3615 yeah I know that, I feel like 80% of the girls know it, mainly bc of tik tok lol. I do workouts at home. I started working out twice a day but last night i missed and the day before and i kinds cut the sickle. Not its just be binging and feeling constantly guilty and disgusting. You mentioned that exercising for a person who is skinny fat is either resistance training (weight lifting) OR bodyweight exercises.. I know the difference between them but can you please do a video explaining the difference in terms of outcome, time needed to see changes , etc... Thanks I love this channel
I've been consistently weight lifting (yes, heavy) for the last 11 months, and I've went from fat to skinny fat. I still have a protruding gut, even though I'm in a healthy weight and I've built a lot muscle. I can feel a lot of muscle under the fat, but it doesn't seem to be going anywhere.
If you have a lot of muscle then probably do more cardio.

Great vid. I can confirm this is the way to go from my past experiences. I would also recommend some fairly intense ab workouts to target the stomach.
