Love being part of your thought proces! Initially I thought no no no, no wooden buttons, but then I can’t unsee it and then you know it is spot on. Know what I mean?😂

Brilliant as always. Love this combo of fabric, lace and wood. Carry on stitching 🧵

Love listening to you yabber on 😊 speaking of a quilt a fellow Aussie is Jen Kingwell she has generous patterns and also a beautiful book called quilt recipes. Thanks again for your inspiration and videos ❤
I have a few of her postcards.. I have been looking at some of her books too. She is a clever lady.
Beautiful ! Enjoy watching you create, thank you for sharing. 🧵🪡♥️
Looks very scrumptious, who would of thought to use wood accents looks fabulous and well you did. Happy stitching. ❤
Just beautiful 😍
That's looking so good. TFS.
He's just the cutest thing ever
Winter is laughable in Australia, but the strawberries are a great idea!
Just thinking if I had embroidered that doily which had “seen a better day” (as my Grandma who embroidered all her life would have said) I would be thrilled you gave it a new life in your artistic expression. Look forward to seeing the finished piece. Only, thing I’d do differently is to put a little pint on the white flowers. lol…
Pink not pint… spell check can be annoying lol
It was fun to give it a new lease of life
You might post some pics of the quilts for which you are looking for patterns of….. I’m sure someone can help you identify them. We have a lot of quilters here
In the States that focus on Civil War era quilts - also there are several civil war reproduction fabrics that are lighter colors as well. Good luck!
Thanks! I'll give that a go.
I see You have cut the tatting, how does it not come undone once it's been cut up?
No.. like crocheting lots of enough knots.. so cut away
❤
