the canoe: I saw an Alaskan channel put his up in the rafters in his workshop. I thought it was a cool idea. It would be great to put yours in your town workshop rafters. Down the road, c'mon mountain would be homestead stuff and the town property would be adventure equipment. How about the name " C'mon adventure" for the property. A good name for a place that has trailers docking as a side business. After all, you always say " let's go on an adventure". A good destination name for sure. Good work in all the fast improvements you have made to it since purchasing it! The holidays are the perfect time for R&R. Relax and enjoy em'.
