@@pritpatel8368 See carefully, both are very lucrative options to answer such kind of questions, I usually like to break the case into smaller situations which gives better idea to choose wisely, firstly, I don't know you are branch specific or IIT specific, see whether 3rd gen or 1st, its that IIT is IIT and tha name has the same value, so keeping that point apart if you are branch specific and want to do a course which is really in demand presently and will give you a lot of exposure then go for dsai else if you want the name of IIT D and not so sure of branch then you may consider that option and if you want the facilities of old IIT , decision is yours in the end , hope it helps, please share among your friends also!

see majorly are private clgs and its better to choose IIT Bhilai over them being an IIT, it will help you a lot if you want to pursue higher studies then you would be considered easily... moreover, it is the only IIT offering btech in MT others offer MTech or PhD.
