I own this guitar in the natural finish and I can tell you 3 things. I've owned alot of Martins and it's the best Martin I've ever played. Second, give it some time. It improves immensely with some playing time on it. And lastly, as good as the Martin lifespans are for a coated string, or treated, use the regular Martin Authentics lights, but throw on a 13 and 17 high e and b string. You'll be in love. Won't need another guitar. The treated are the best teated strings ever made but sound slightly hollow and thinner

Combination of both warm bass and clear treble. Great projection also, both hi & low ends.

Martin originals, they just sound great :) I think
