Nice Job James!
I VOW TO THEE my native land is also sung to the tune of the boysof wexford.
Good tune to.
Came here from "Angela's Ashes" Frank McCourts Memoir on his Irish Catholic childhood.
good on ya boys!
Come on the yellow bellies, best county going :)
Great stuff lads
Truly great Irish Rebel song. Like more from the’98 Rebellion. Had to have been the battle which gave rise to a number of truly great songs.
👏👏👏
Mon Wexford
Up The Croppy Boys
Definitely has its moments, bit sombre though considering this is a battle song. Up Wexford, i would die for our people.
Nice to see that they used the correct pronouns
The "boys" of Wexford were not actually "boys"...
And I dare anyone on this planet to debate me on this question, and I mean ANY ONE
And I will give you a logical explanation which you are free to take or leave
Your hard aren’t you
Could you just explain instead of all this performative stuff?

This sounds out of tune
I think some of the lines he sung to the air of Sean south from Garryowen. Just a different take on it I think
