I would like to say thank you for posting this video. This was exactly the problem my 1995 Honda Four Trax had after replacing the master and wheel cylinders. Greatly appreciate your sharing of knowledge.

I actually took a propane torch and heated them up a little (off the machine) and then took channel locks and worked it free. Cleaned them up but when I put them back in, they are not adjusting well, they dont appear to be spinning out regardless. Maybe Im not getting them to turn. Idk.

Self adjusting sure would have been nice on these. But I suppose just more parts to seize up. I'm rebuilding a 96 and had a heck of a time getting my front brakes adjusted just right.

Once I get them to where they will turn (adjusters) do I need to adjust that screw out some or all the way in?

it depends on your model but first take off the pin the loosen your 2 little bolts on your hub if you have them then pop off the dust cap then turn the 2 dials till there loose then pull of the hub pull really hard because there in there good but don damage it
