Josh, we have the " Dirt Monkey", and now the "Farm Monkey"! Hahaha!
Did a really nice job on installing the glass.
I learned a trick, when I was remodeling one of my rental units restroom.
When you're ready to run your finger along the silicone, put a little Dawn dish detergent on your finger first. It gives your silicone a better finish, and your finger glides along without messing it up.

So, I worked in a trailer plant for years and used a ton of silicone for sealant, I found that the best thing besides masking is to spit on your finger to smooth it out, it sounds weird I know, but saliva seems to work better than a dry finger or water and gives you a smoother finish. For what it's worth. A small angled tip also helps.

That articulation would be great in tight places like orchards/woods. With a mucher or mower on front(like a Lane Shark, or even a flail or drum mucher with a narrow width) and grappling should be awesome as well.

I was working for a guy cutting and hauling hay one summer while I was in high school, he had a 9540 kubota cab and air tractor that he had me using to cut hay with, the ac wasn’t the best so I had the back glass open, when I folded the 8 foot hay mower up to move to the next field I wasn’t paying attention and it shattered the back glass. To make it worse it was a new-ish tractor.

Thanks Josh!!! That is a really cool machine! I saw Dirt Monkey using it and it got my gears turning. I was curious if they had a “forestry package” that would run mulchers with the high flow? That would allow older folks or semi-disabled folks to get in and out of the side entry easier than a skid steer. I’ve heard some bad reviews concerning the JCB and Volvo side entry “one arm bandits”

    • @StoneyRidgeFarmer

nope...it's a great machine, but won't do what a track skid loader will do... more like a wheeled skid loader....however the cast loader is faster, easier on the land and is strong as an ox. It can do everything that the track loader can do, but pushing dirt on uneven ground isn't it's specialty
