When you really think about it, Finn really shouldn't be shocked by almost dying on that train, 90% of finn's adventures had Finn almost dying and getting lucky
It was actually one of Finns past life selves who tried returning a necklace she stole from princess bubblegum and in doing so fell into a river of nuclear waste and later died from that.
I remember in the Spanish dub a lot of scenes were removed, they weren't even "gruesome" scenes but were removed for no reason, were badly done to the point you could see a frame or two of the deleted footage and broke the continuity of the episode as characters randomly scattered around the place with no explanation
I do actually remember Finn's birthday. Just saw Clue recently and realized both episodes took obvious inspiration from it. But it all goes back to Agatha Christie
Y'know, despite having grown up with early 2010s cartoons, I sometimes find myself thinking the 90s kids were right when talking about how crazy some of the stuff they got away with was in cartoons in their day and how you'd never see anything like that today. Then I remember episodes like this one exist.
I think there's an episode that explains the green ghost lady at the end of the chapter, i'm curious but at the same time i'm so lazy to watch adventure time...
The first four seasons of adventure time are a weird fever dream of a show I used to watch all the time and after each episode from those seasons replays I recall it so strongly it’s not even funny but trying to recall it without starting to rewatching it is impossible But the show went from that To a solid grounded plot heavy show I wanna revisit however I don’t wanna trudge they 4 seasons of half fever dreams
Why is it that everyone hate "I only have a surprise for you" from fosters home for imaginary friends but not this episode? Not that I hated finn's birthday episode, just saying
SO! I SWEAR TO GOD! This is true, I was watching this particular episode and then after 2 or 3 more episodes I unlock my phone and see this in my recommendations.
Idiotic infinity Stones The most messed up thing about it for me since I was a kid was how nonchalantly Jake says it, like “WHAT THE FUCK, DUDE!?” Was he actually trying to murder him or was there a “gotcha moment,” off screen!? The earlier episodes of Adventure Time have this Flapjack sense of humor where I’m just left asking “WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH EVERYONE!?”
I love how even in this post apocalyptic world of Ooo, suits are still a thing. Just because there is a complete societal collapse doesn’t mean we neglect standards!
Sounds like every side character when the main protagonist dies from the main villain

When you really think about it, Finn really shouldn't be shocked by almost dying on that train, 90% of finn's adventures had Finn almost dying and getting lucky
There's not really alot of times Jake nearly gets Finn killed.
Now that I think about it no cartoon character should be shocked about "nearly dying"
It’s about control too i guess
Ya but he know what he’s up against in those situations, this was him almost dying without knowing
Yeah.. it's like there's some sentient superior being that dictates what happens to him and the world around him.. weird
how did this show transition from weird fever dream adventures to grounded lore and plot
every season had at least one weird fever dream adventure
I don't know, but it still works
I liked the weird adventures better, afterall it is called "adventure time"
same thing happened with regular show and steven universe... cartoon network has a knack for that stuff
Corfs regular show not so much just the final season and even then still had random episodes
I remember how we didn’t know what the hell the blue ghost lady was until another season
Ayo, was it just a 10 year old me but did that ghost thingy scare the hell out of every kid? I think it was the eyes that got me.
@@fieryfist3150 Yup scared the hell out of me as well
They answered that?
Camera Kitty like two seasons later they explain it’s the ghost of one of Finn’s past selves
imo they shouldn't have explained it, it should have just been one of those creepy shit that are simply unsettling and are never explained

Upload more creep adventure time. If you remember, at the end of this episode Finn saw a ghost. He later found out the ghost wasnt part of the joke.

Why does the train track with the music send a shiver up my spine every single time
When i first watched this it really gave me chills lmao
Also it is verystrange how finn reacts on the train to everyone dying, and he is like SOLVING THE MISTERIE
It is so messed up that Finn wore that creepy deer mask at the party. The deer episode scarred me
Since everybody is mentioning scary episodes lemme just remind you the KING WORM episode exist.
This was the trippiest thing i watched up until i watched Scott Pilgrim vs. The world (live action).
I wish they made a follow up episode for that broken train track
that cake lowkey looks good tho
Yeah.
Mystery Train and The creeps were honestly some of the darkest episodes of adventure time.
Finn: So we could've-
Jake: Died horribly? yes :D
I love this show so much. It's so grim and funny at the same time.
That transition of cinnamon bun death was so smooth
Jake truly is a good friend.
I wasn’t expecting an *OOF* in the video
Why is it only know i realised what jake and finn meant by the jello being a total accident
OK but like who the heck eats cake with a knife!?
It's cake man meat.

Considering Jake was a ruthless robber before, he's probably cool with everything happening around him.

Its finns past life 'Shoko' she falls in a radioactive river and dies looking like that, it's in the episode "The Vault"

This was my favorite episode just because of how horrifying it was...I LOVED THIS EPISODE.
