What I Saw in My Neighbor's Attic

I went to an open house in my neighborhood and of course had to check out the attic. The spray foam looked good on first inspection. I didn't have a blower door and didn't crawl around the edges, so I don't know how airtight it is. But at least they put a good amount of open-cell spray foam insulation on the roof deck and covered the rafters.
The one thing I saw that wasn't so good was the presence of the old insulation on the floor of the attic. It's best to remove that.
