can you make video where you tell us how to play each position?.. I Know that everybody plays it differently but I would like to see how you guys think each position should be played to reach the highest potential
Well first you need to know what your good at for example, I’m good at shooting and tough so being a striker would be the best option for me, but if you have multiple professions then I suggest watching a video about what position is best for you regardless whether you like it or not it’s still your best option
Hope you've figured out all the positions by now but it you haven't you then you have to watch football matches closely, especially matches of those player who are considered best in their respective positions...that'll help you alot
Today was my first game on the pitch and I focussed more on ball mastery, skills and left endurance and stamina behind in my practice sessions.....this cost me my place in my team, my coach was unhappy, we lost the match due to me unable to mark the winger who made the last run and the cross that ended up into the goal, lead to penalty shootout and we lost the inter college tournament. I would practice this now, thanks to 7mlc....although I know that stamina can't be built overnight, but if anyone can tell me how long will it take to build up the stamina to last 90 min on the pitch??
Unfortunately typically for a 1/3 months. But if your workouts consist of HIIT workouts so high intensity interval training you should be okay. Like this guys video he has 3/4 different style of pace. Just keep doing them regardless if you’re playing constantly or not.

Guys don't forget to have a proper warm up before you do this exercise. I had a little tear in my right quad when I was doing sprints without warm up
