Да, согласен! Мне представилось будто человек идёт в пустыне и очень хочет пить. Достаёт свою флягу с водой, начинает пить, его переполняет чувство эйфории ему вкусно и хорошо. Но тут вода резко кончается, фляга пустая. Этот миг наслаждения, но он так краток. Очень круто получилось! Но как говорится: вкусновато, но маловато :р

Длина трэков сократилась за счет требований лэйблов и радиостанций, которым важно впихнуть больше трэков в эфир, и исторически - из-за объема носителей (пластинок, кассет, итд). Если брать psychodelic rock, то там трэки по 6-7 минут в среднем. Ну и в целом, если трэк без вокала, то можно развернуться пошире.
You'll probably never see this, but this is amazing and I hope you know that. If I may offer my two cents, I think if you multitracked the distorted guitar and fade it in a little early you can really make the mix "explode" when it hits that heavy part of the song. Maybe even have some feedback fading in or out.
