How to Write Better Electronic Music Melodies!
Today we're talking about how to write better electronic music melodies! Lately, I've been getting a lot more requests to cover how I recommend learning more about songwriting and melody writing. The first thing I suggest is to get a larger (at least 49 key) keyboard, that can also play simple drum beats. Then, make sure you have a basic understanding of major and minor scales and chords. Then simply start by walking down those scales while playing their root chords. From there, begin to experiment with different notes in your walkdown, and don't be afraid to make mistakes!
