- Ok so if you have that ticking fuel presure issue i demonstrated in my previous video please check your send and return lines I had followed them back to the gas tank and back near the axle they crossover each other and I got them mixed up - good idea to label them with some tape of paint mark etc (which i did)
Once I switched the lines around to the correct position the regulator is working perfectly no clicking sound and fuel pressure is set and holding steady at 6psi - good starting area for carburetor application.
Awesome! Glad you got it sorted out!
@@jdrods1519 thanks JD, glad it was an easy fix!
Awesome easy fix. Can't wait to see it run.
yeah, just got to get the clutch broken in and a few wiring issues (factory tach and fuel gauge) and we should be ready to make some test passes!
@vrm86gt awesome! I have 3 things to watch rpm. My tac, a autometer aftermarket, and laptop with megasquirt.. they all say different rpm's by 2-300 rpm 🤦♂️ not a big deal until in shifting at 6500 and not sure if it's higher or lower...
Hell yeah!
@@bradbeck4341 the lines cross over each other back by the filter and I got them mixed up! Lol!
👍
@@gearbanger57 thanks! I got the lines clearly marked now, Lol!
Well at least it was a simple fix this time!😅
yes, thankfully it was an easy fix!
That's awesome that it was something simple. Also that the regulator was able to return that much fuel. If you don't mind me asking, what regulator is that?
