Look up the SH Monsterarts Kou Kyou Kyouko version of Godzilla, It scales quite well with this Kong

Yeah both of the heads are really nice! I think I like the relaxed face more but. Both are great.
Thanks! I'm glad you are enjoying the change ups. I love Legends and Mezco figures, but most of the time there aren't that many things that are different from figure to figure. I still love talking about them but it's nice to dip into different lines and different types of figures sometimes.
Awesome review I'm shocked on the price I thought it would cost way more than that most definitely pick it up
So finally tracked Kong down at my local comic book store and it is the PX version and it comes with a Kong Skull and leg bone or something... and all the other accessories. Looks pretty bad ass.
I have been keeping an eye on this kong for a few months now and I definitely want to get him and make some really cool video's with him. And my favorite ape is Kong, close second is the naw Caesar.

Good review UP! I'm a little disappointed in the articulation but then again I wasn't expecting hyper-articulation in a Mezco figure, lol. Still looks like a dope figure and you pulled of some great poses. I'm sure i can use him in my collection.
Thanks! I wasn't expecting much for the articulation so I was pretty happy with what he came with. More would have been better but I wouldn't want that beautiful sculpt broken up at all.

This looks like classing Kong..unfortunately Bandai hasn't release any since the last SHM Kong..that was already amazing figure..but i'm pretty sure the future one will much better..

Are those ratchet articulated arms and elbows ? How many clicks?
It's not ratcheted articulation. It's just the figure is brand new outta the box so here's breaking in the plastic when going over the articulation of the figure.
