Love this guy's music! Genius. I came to David Olney's music through Townes Van Zandt, another great songwriter in my book who said that Olney "is one of the best" and he wasn't wrong.

That is the great Sergio Webb. There’s a great clip of him and Olney playing Little Mustang and Deeper Well on RUclips that is just the best. He’s a fine player.
I loved this song since Emmylou covered it in '93. It wasn't until Tim Grimm released "Dreaming of King Lear" that I discovered David Olney. I met David Olney many years ago in Asheville, North Carolina after one of his shows there. A lovely, gentle man.
