The nutrients from an apple is superior to a candy, but if you eat exceed what your body needs, IT WILL STILL STORE AS FAT! At the end of the day, you cant beat the first law of thermodynamic. Please study again bro...

據我所知,減脂同增肌不可能同時進行,因為違反能量守恆。通常都係先增肌後減脂朔型。
脂肪對身體很重要。
但係而家都市人都係食過量咗,其實唔使特登食脂肪好多食物本身所含有嘅脂肪已經好足夠
葡萄糖依賴才會在醣不夠時將蛋白質拿來做糖值新生,如果身體已經學會利用酮體當能量,能量來源只會從脂肪分解而來,此時身體會笨到將構成許多功能的蛋白質來燒嗎!

點解減肥係減脂肪而唔係碳水
帶氧運動同控制飲食去減少脂肪,呢句已經過份簡單甚至誤導。正確做法應該係8成靠健康飲食及16/8斷食先可減脂。運動基本上會增加消耗,想同一日運動再控制飲食已經唔科學。運動果日最好食飽D(健康野),先有充足能量,否則會非常危險。所以應該講清楚係炭循環,即係運動同非運動日食量要計清楚,非運動日可以控制下熱量,運動日不宜控制。只要食得健康食既野都會因為運動變成肌肉及能量來源。而不當控制飲食再運動,年中唔少人反而因為咁而危害身體,從來肥唔係因為運動之後食太多,而係食既野唔健康太多甜野引起
